Improper security. My RV was previously burglarized and most recently my trailer and sand car were stolen off your H & M property in Sun Valley CA, I offered my security advise to the office. 1. YOU NEED TO HAVE A CAMERA ON THE BACK GATE where there IS NONE (who set this system up?). 2 most of your cameras are focused TOO LOW not picking up enough real-estate and road ways. 3. ONLY 8 camera's?
I got a call back from the owner, Anthony. He was extremely rude and aggressive. He talked over me. I was asking for pricing and a special they were offering. He was annoyed by my asking and started yelling at me and i expressed he being aggressive that i justed needed a clear understanding. I started to ask if they were outside, drive up as I am disabled and again he yelled over me and told me he didn't need or want my business and hung up on me. I was so surprised at his customer service skills.
I am absolutely NOT recommending this place for ANY sort of storage facility. After over two years as a tenant they have raised my rent by a full 30% Which is absolutely unacceptable. The ONLY place that money goes is to their corporate CEO as there has been ZERO updates to anything else. ENOUGH!
Marc, we are sorry you had a negative experience with us. This facility has traditionally been priced far under market value and we hope our customers have enjoyed discounted rates, but with high occupancy we did start moving people to market rates.

I needed a uhaul last minute and Shawntell at storage etc found a truck for me. She was very busy when I got to the office but she was patient, professional and provided excellent customer service. I tried two other places before going to storage etc and both told me they didn't have anything available after being told they did. The truck was clean and ran great. When I returned it the next day I met Tony who was very helpful with returning the truck and nice to talk to. Great experience, I will definitely be back.
I drove to several locations looking to rent a storage unit. I walked into Storage Etc. in Menifee, met Tony and Shawntel. They were very helpful in assisting me to rent the storage unit. Their price was affordable, and they let me move my belongings in right away. I will recommend them to anyone who is searching for a storage unit!
