I’m extremely disappointed. Actually, the manager Kevin was completely bias and downright disrespectful to me, accuse me of giving away my code to somebody for losing my card. I would never ever come here at the worst place ever they completely unprofessional, and they treated me a complete garbage.

Had a large unit at Menifee Storage for over 2 years. DO NOT use auto payment with them. There is no way to repair billing mistakes, even though they were made by Menifee Storage. Over the last year they billed my debit card late 7 times, subsequently adding late fees to my card… Many conversations later, I was told I would receive credit for only 3 late charges… THEY made a mistake and "I" am paying for it?
Hi Nancy, thank you for taking time to write about your experience storing with us. We can and will make any corrections to all of our customers' bills if there are any errors caused by our payment system.
I called spoke to someone there, mentioned I needed some boxes. She no problem come by we have them in stock. I get down there 10-15 minutes later. And there closed and not at lunch. . This was at 1-1:30pm.. I was mad. Never go there or call again!!

Very unhappy with what happened. Went in to get a storage unit, was told I would be getting a 5x10 that was outside so went ahead and bought the single lock and what not.. ended up getting two 5x5's that were inside. Went to ask the lady …
Only rented 1 month.Mgr never in office, calls go through the robot lady, also rented trailer and no light adapter...could habe caused an accident. I recommend going elsewhere
