I wish I could give them a zero they are very unprofessional Lindsey the manger spoke very badly about the other girl that was working there telling me she stole money from them that's why she was fired. That was not even my business for me to know. They have rats all over this place I have pictures if anyone would like to see. She tried to tell me they had rats because I had food in my storage and that she had pictures.

I had a very disappointing experience at StaxUP Storage in Menifee. From the moment we walked in, the man at the front desk had an aggressive attitude toward us. He spoke to us in a rude and confrontational manner, raised his voice, and ultimately refused to provide us with service.The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on the way we were treated, I left feeling that we were treated differently because of our race, which was upsetting and unacceptable.
Dissappointed. Booked a U-Haul to be picked up and we get a call the day of saying they don't offer what was depicted on their website. We had to come earlier or our U-Haul wouldn't be available. Pick it up and are told we were going to get charged two days even though we only booked one day because they were closing early. Fine. Whatever.... We needed the truck and couldn't make it back by the designated time they wanted. Get here for drop off and the door has a sign be back at 2:45pm.

Made a U-Haul rental with the property however when I arrived they explained that there were no more trucks left for my reservation. I waited over a hour to be helped and watched my situation get pushed to the side while the employee on sight took care of other customers coming in.

Had my unit less than 4 months and they raised the rates $40. Might wanna consider locking the rate for least a year. I moved my stuff out soon as possible to a cheaper unit 3 miles from it for $60 dollar savings on my original rate. So worked out better for me.

The guy in the front desk was so rude that he had the audacity that I was 1 hour late to pick up my truck!!!! I do not recommend this Uhaul and Storage unit. They should teach their front support to know how to talk to customers!!!
