WARNING!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE! My unit was broken into and stole all of my stuff. They have the worst customer service regarding this situation.

The office smells really wierd like a pet store and upon entering the owner was very rude about me having my service with me and still was rude and said not pets allowed and frowned upon service dogs also

I had a hard time understanding why the special rate didn’t apply if you sign up the 1st of the month.Also the contract doesn’t reflect the special rate it shows the full rate. I also found that it looks like the admin fee is every month making it way more expensive. There was a very nice lady, Dezirrey who tried to help me on Saturday but I signed up on Sunday when no one was available, they run the payment before you get to see the contract, so you’re stuck with whatever it says.
Horrible customer service. I've tried to change my address several times. They can't seem to manage that. Also since 2020 they have raised their rates every year. I'm paying $220 for a unit that is comparitive to where I live now up north, they're $100 more a month. As soon as I can I will be vacating this facility. It is old and not worth the price they are charging for the area they are in.

I will no longer do buisness with this location. The man at the desk is arrogant and non helpful. I accedently scheduled my pick up for 130 online , sat at this location 30 mins before they opened. finally got in to get my uhaul and was …
Kelly I'm sorry that you were not able to get the truck earlier then your reserved time of 1:30 pm. I know it's frustrating to see the truck you need just sitting there but those 2 were already reserved for other U-Haul customers.

Sun City Mini Storage was my first stop. Thank you for your excellent customer service TS. You made the paperwork process very stress free. I was able to check prices and available units online. Sun City Mini Storage is close to my home. I returned that afternoon with my belongings, I was offered a cold bottle of water. AWESOME Customer service!!!!
Sun City Mini Storage was very helpful at getting us a storage unit when we needed a last minute place to keep our household items while moving to Menifee. They also provided a lock and happened to be the location where I needed return the Penske truck rented from outside the area for our move. So convenient and highly recommending!
I was greeted with excellent customer service by Heather. She was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got a rv spot that suited us. . I would highly recommend your facility and Heather was fabulous!
