All The Way Moving

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My sister used them to move into this past weekend and they are liars and scammers. They quoted her $496 to move her one bedroom apartment and she ended up paying $765. They charged her for materials she did not ask for or need, such as boxes and tape. Some of my sisters things were also broken during the move. They even did another job in the middle of moving her. When we called the manager, Leah B., to discuss some of these issues she was extremely nasty, rude, and unprofessional.

I strongly do not recommend this company. I waited a couple of weeks to make this post to ensure I provided an objective response and not an emotional one. To make a long story short, they tried to perform a bait and switch when they knew I was in a bind. The company requested details on my move before providing me an estimate such as the contents and where the goods would be moved to. Based on that information I was quoted about $500 for a 1 bdr with 3 hours service and 1 hour travel time.

I would not recommend using All The Way Moving. tldr: under-estimate, overcharge, inefficient movers, dishonest, unresponsive It seems to me that their strategy is to give an unrealistically low estimate for how long it’ll take to move you. Then, once the sale is made, since they charge an hourly rate, they don’t make any effort to work efficiently. We moved from a one bedroom apartment to another- 3 blocks away (no exaggerations whatsoever).

I tried booking a truck today for a move tomorrow which seemed to be available and told the lady I wanted truck for the evening around 3-4pm and telling her i close in the morning to get the keys and she started to say how things can go wrong and etc but I confirmed it will take us no more then 30 mins what is it to go wrong when all we doing is picking up our keys and signing the deal is done. I ask for evening so we would be fine.

I do not recommend this company. They did not send a large enough truck which added hours to the move, I booked 2 movers but 3 came and I had to pay more, they used my personal material without asking to pack my TVs and charged me and they milk the clock to make the move take longer than needed. I explained exactly what I had to move when I initially booked the move but the contract I recieved had the wrong number of rooms.

Listen to the reviews that tell you that they are horrible. They quote you a cheap price but they have a lot of hidden fees. They told me that they were running a special that included the materials. They ended up charging you for tape and for the plastic covers for your mattress and box springs. They argued that they tell you what’s included but they don’t tell you about extra fees and other pieces not included.

Local move...should have been fast and efficient. All information about items in 3 bedroom house was given to the company. Sent a small truck and needed 3 trips. It would have been fine but mover called at 8 am that there's too much stuff and it won't get done in 6 hrs. We had never set a limit of 6 hrs...it was an hourly rate! Then at 2:30 the movers tell me it has to be done the next day because its taking too long and getting dark. It wasn't even 5 pm and the sun was shining brightly.

They took twice as much time as they had provided me quotation for. I moved a 1 bedroom apartment and boxed everything myself except the bed, couch and TV stand and moved 8 miles apart from 20770 to 20814. Initial quote was $300 while the actual cost came to $750. The movers were extremely rude and started telling me that I am lying and started swearing on their kids. They charged me for materials that I actually had and they could have used these materials but they didn't.
