In their own words
The bad news is the guys didn't listen to my instructions, and grabbed things I asked them to leave alone, and ignored other items that I specifically told them to take! As a result, they ran out of room on the truck, and I had to hire them a second day, and pay for gas + miles twice. The estimator called it wrong. They also damaged a valuable mid-century credenza. The good news is they are a pleasant, hard-working bunch.
Would give it ZERO stars but that wasn't an option. We did not even get to experience their competence or lack thereof, due to their complete INCOMPETENCE on the phone. Bait and switch on pricing. Took down wrong info. Then lost info. No return phone calls. Boo All-ways movers.

Trey and Ethan did a fantastic job moving my furniture. They showed up on time, were quick, efficient, friendly and took great care with my pieces. They are experts in helping with making the most of my storage space. Melissa was wonderful over the phone scheduling and explaining the terms. She called with a reminder and checked to see if I had any questions before my move. I highly recommend All-Ways Moving.

All-ways Moving and Storage helped with my recent move from the Berkshires. I had a short time frame for the move, and the pre-move team was friendly and responsive. The moving crew of three worked quickly and efficiently packing and moving my furniture and other belongings by lunchtime. Highly recommend this company.
