BEWARE! This company is a broker and jobs the move out to other companies. You pay your money and they give no support when there is a problem with the move. We paid for platinum full pack but the moving company (Meta Van Lines) did NOT reassemble many items that they disassembled. They lost multiple cartons and still charged us for shipping those cartons. Our final moving cost jumped from $9139 to $11,565! All of our large items that were not in boxes were damaged.

The original salesperson disappeared after taking the deposit . Once they got to the apartment the foreman was rude and made my fiancé feel threatened . He spun the truth and made them sign a delivery date which was against contract . So far the pickup experience was awful. And no masks or effort to be covid safe

Set up pick up and paid a month in advance and never heard from them again! Several calls made with no call back. Several messages and emails also with no response. Even got hung up on! Do not use this company! They will take your money and never show up! Beware!!

Worst moving company! As you can multiple items were damaged. This is only a couple pictures. Lily and Darin were the reps and promised an easy move. The entire process was a nightmare. The estimate was way under and ended up costing me an additional 10,000 dollars! I paid for a full move and no additional packers showed up. They brought some people from Craigslist, who smelt like weed to my house but they were to high so we’re sent home by the driver.

Professional, but some of our stuff is damaged. They dismantled items and didn’t put it back together properly. A heavy metal base dropped on my wife’s foot. Also, ended up paying double what we were quoted. I put in a claim on 08/29/25 and was told I would hear back from claims in a week. It's been over a month and no one has ever reached out. They also took two of our moving places. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Overall a very good experience. Tiffany in the office was great with following up and being flexible when my move date changed. The movers arrived right on time and were professional and efficient. Gonzalo, the Foreman, was great and communicated any issues. Roberto, Enrique and Eduardo were my movers, they did an awesome job. They moved some big, heavy items without any damage to my walls or floors. They protected all of my items well and I haven’t noticed any damaged items.

I engaged Alliance Moving and Storage for a local move from my one bedroom unit to another one bedroom unit in the vicinity. I emailed an initial estimate and got a follow up call from Emily early the next morning. She spent a considerable amount of time to let me fine-tune my inventory, which I appreciated. I quickly received an email with the estimated moving costs. I found the estimate to be affordable and fair, so I moved forward with scheduling move-out/move-in.
I can't say enough great things about Alliance Moving & Storage! They made my long-distance move from Chicago to Arizona incredibly easy. The team was professional, efficient, and treated all of my belongings with exceptional care. Everything arrived safely and on time, and I was impressed by the regular updates through phone calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire process. The pre-move video call to inventory everything was such a smart touch and made moving day go off without a hitch.

This is a great company with great staff. We had a complicated move, we had to move out into a storage unit and then 3 days later into our new place. Every person we dealt with over the course of this time was so helpful and on top of everything. Moving out we had Palma, David, Rigoberto and moving in it was Gonzalo, Enrique , and Rigoberto. They were all amazing. I would recommend this company to anybody.
