Very friendly! Please be aware that they only give you 30 minutes once a day after you move in to be able to work on loading, unloading, or routine organizing. if you are slow, or have a disability, like chronic pain, you have to get a doctor's note and get permission every time if you stay for 31 or mor minutes. if you need more time this is a HUGE inconvenience.
Every time I have reached out via email I have gotten it quick response back. The moving process was smooth. The move out process was smooth. On the day I moved the manager was so thoughtful they drove by to make sure that one of my movers cars was not going to be hit. Just a great experience

I highly recommend this place! It was easy to set up and we always had access to our storage unit when we needed it. In addition, I felt safe entering the premises alone and loved how they kept the storage units clean. I recently had to end the storage rental due to moving and that turned out to be an easy process as well.
