I have been paying for "secure" storage only to have everything of value stolen. The do not lock empty units that are next to occupied units. Someone removed the metal panel that separated the units and stole nearly everything out of my unit. Heartbroken.
Nice to your face, tell you they will refund your money if you are out on time. I was out of the unit on the 14th. Informed them I would be leaving days in advance. Calls me on the 19th and asks me if I left. Then tells me they won't refund my 1/2 month rent because of their computer. Hung up on me twice. Unable to handle situations that require things to be done that the "computer can't fix"

Since this storage facility has changed owners...the rents have gone up 5 times in 2 years GREED GREED...I left and went back to the Big Y Storage on Highway 99...Oregon has become a California money grabbing state..

Covid positive so you close the office but doesnt stop you from riding around the facility on your golf cart without a mask 🙄🙄🙄 was better and cheaper before it was sold to buxbear …
In less than 30 days you'll have your increase in your storage rent, so you're better off going anywhere else. also the management is horrendous and should not be supported
