Hi Elijah, I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with us, and I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. While we continue to strive to provide the best value in Springfield, our rates have had to increase to keep pace with rising management and operational costs.
Garbage treatment of customers. My bill was randomly raised far above the standard (non promo) rate. When I called in to ask why, the agent told me "Sorry it's just corporates policy to raise rents every 6 to 7 months" so DO NOT RENT from Buxbear. They will wait for you to load your stuff in storage then squeeze you over and over again till you are paying far more than the rate they promised unless you want to keep moving your stuff from place to place every 6 months. Absolutely disgusting business practice.
Would give a 0 but its not an option.. The manager will watch every move you make, until she can hear you breathe, then she will lie to evivict you..all while keeping your money and making it really hard to get your stuff out..I will be …

No use of onsite trash.......... So ridiculous for a storage facility to not have a trash can that paying renters can use
