In their own words
The worst moving company ever!! They were very very late!! Didn’t communicate with me at all, I had to keep calling to find out what’s going on! Made it very clear I didn’t want any cigarettes or weed use while handling my items and they did. They broke some of my items! They misplaced some screws for my large items. They always stripped the screws in my antique dining room table by using the wrong bit and didn’t care!!! When I reached out they wouldn’t do anything!!!!! Don’t use them!!!!

In their own words
I had an amazing experience with Alpaca Moving Services from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, handled all of my belongings with care, and worked efficiently the entire move. They were professional, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy. Nothing was damaged, and they even helped place furniture exactly where I wanted it. Their communication was excellent, and the pricing was fair with no surprises.
I needed a delivery ASAP. Great service and reasonable price! All arrangements were made by phone. Jermainel gave a 2 hour time frame when pick up and delivery would occur and the cost. Delivery was on time and Jermainel was great in communicating his arrival and departure. I would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review, Cynthia! We're thrilled to hear that Jermainel provided you with great service and timely communication. Your recommendation means a lot to us! If you need assistance in the future, don't hesitate to reach out. Safe travels!
I recommend this moving company 100%. They were honest, efficient, nice, very careful with my items. Because I can't remember names good, J, J, & W, were the movers. They were extremely professional and I felt very comfortable leaving my belongings in their hands. I have moved many times in Arizona and other places and by far these guys were the best.
Thank you
So helpful, patient, speedy, and nice. Accessible communication. I booked them to help unload my uhaul after a move from VT. My move had many mix-ups and roadblocks (not at all due to Alpaca Movers). I had to change my date of needed service - which they adjusted to, and the day of my move I fell ~45 mins behind. They remained patient and were still there the exact moment the uhaul pulled into the lot. I also had told them we have an elevator… which was not in service that day.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Cassandra. It’s wonderful to hear that the team was able to support you through all the unexpected challenges of your move and still provide the patience and efficiency you needed.
