I used this storage company last year as a freshman and was not satisfied with my experience from start to finish. First off, they were an hour late for the pick up time, and didn't have their own carts to push the boxes and it was such a hassle to bring everything down. They seemed untrained and didn't want to be there. When I came back, they were also two hours late for the drop off time, and didn't help me carry boxes to my dorm, and had to do it by myself.
If I could give this business "0"stars, I would. I would strongly caution parents before using Greenbox Storage. We paid nearly $1,000 to store my daughter’s belongings, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating from beginning to end. Communication has been poor, with multiple emails from our family going unanswered. The latest issue is what finally prompted me to leave this review.
Greenbox storage is a good option if it's your last resort. I used Greenbox to store my items the summer after my Freshman year. Upon looking at their website and all of the 5 star reviews, I thought this was a great option. On their website, they mention that they give out free boxes and tape. So, when looking at their storage prices I planned to store my things in 2 of the extra-large size boxes, which would have been a total of $40 a month.

Do not use them. Apparently used to be Liberty student storage, changed hands, I went to get my furniture as of last November, furniture was either sold or discarded, am only allowed to talk to one person. Cannot escalate but will be left on read for literally and I quote, 20 business days. Am told that they’re awaiting a response from higher bosses and I can’t talk to anyone higher so I’m stuck in a perpetual loop of no responses and what’s worse is no compensation for what they took responsibility for, the loss…
Will never use this service again. Poor communications. My dropoff was over 2 hours late and no one informed me. I called the office and it went to voicemail. I sent a chat text and no one was available to answer. Horrible experience.
They offer $4.25/hour. Doesn't even matter what title that person will hold. Don't even come here to ask for directions!
To clarify, compensation for our student employees ranges from $28-$45 / hour! We provide tremendous opportunities for college students to build their resume, gain valuable business experience, and earn money.

Reece and Joe were absolutely amazing to work with. They made the whole storage moving process easy, smooth, and stress free from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, careful with all of my belongings, and had a great attitude the entire time. Beyond just being great movers, they were genuinely kind, helpful, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend Reece and Joe to anyone looking for reliable movers and great people.
The service is great. I’ve been using greenbox since last year & everything went smoothly. They arrive to your dorm/apartment on time, provide boxes & tape. The drop off is very similar & the communication in that regard is sublime. Now, the reason I removed a star is because I do not like the communication in regards to their billing. Yes, it is on the same day every month, and yes it is the same amount but I don’t actually know what I’m being charged for.

They were very helpful and efficient in storing my TV and a few boxes. Very reasonable pricing and worth every penny.
Absolutely amazing experience with Greenbox Storage. 5 stars without a doubt! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Huge shoutout to Kayla, Afif, Sheryn, and Kaylah, they were seriously the BEST. Communication was on point the entire time, and they made the whole process feel easy and organized. I was super worried at first because I thought I wouldn’t be able to find a trolley, but luckily one of the girls had one ready for me.
