Moved from NY to Florida. First, they overcharged us $500. We were charged for 3 crates when we only used 2. A lot of boxes were crushed from them stuffing them into the crates. They told us we could leave items in the dressers then they turned the dressers on their sides and stuff fell out and was found laying on bottom of crates. We were promised a refund for the overcharge but 3 weeks later nothing and can't get a response. Go elsewhere unless you like being ripped off.

It started off very well. But in the end they lost at least three of my bins and the adjuster denied the entire claim. Those bins are out there somewhere and I don't believe they tried to trace anything. I am still realizing more things that are.missing. I would not use them again.

They canceled the load and I was there for the pu, can you believe that , oh the broker wants to deduct for , 1 be on time no before the appointment $200.00, 2 have macropoint $300.00. ,if you didn't take foto before you sealed the trailer doors $100.00. , so there you have it , plan on that,drivers.

If you are under time constraints, then NEVER hire this mover. The onsite estimate was wrong which caused an entire day of delay and resultant trouble and hardships. The truck was too small to add all the load. …

Updated review since I was being watched while I wrote my first one. The packing experience was terrible and took over double the time of my last move. They packed my dirty dishes even though I said not to, along with my trash bags and other things I had pointed out. Way too many boxes for how much I had and I am having a hard time finding my things. Do not recommend.

You guys are lucky you have to choose a star, because you guys wouldn't get one very poor welcome visiting their facility where i stared at like a museum without out a "Hey how you doing" The feeling you have when you not welcomed. Two thumbs down on your customer service skills!

On Friday (8/13) your coordinator emailed your husband with 5 forms of documentation showing that your shipment used 3 containers. These included the fright bill, destination warehouse receipt, and final delivery work ticket with signature.

Great movers and very efficient! The moving crew - Shawn, Lucas, Anthony, Tyler Z and Kelvin - did an amazing job moving a four story house on a hot summer day. Order #4840-237-6. They moved at a fast pace, handled items with care and kept a smiling face while carrying heavy items across a lot of stairs. The whole moving process was excellent from Mike, who came by twice to estimate everything to Nicole in the office. Everyone was very responsive, friendly and made the move smooth.
Nothing makes us happier than hearing a customer had a great experience. Thank you for letting us know how we did!

Ray B, Brendan G and Brian S were awesome!! They arrived on time (actually a bit early, which worked for me), they were VERY well organized and polite. I was chatting with them as they worked but they didn’t skip a beat. I don’t know how long this team has worked together but they were like a well oiled machine! Would I recommend them? Yes, without a doubt.
