This is my friend Dawn she used them to move things. WORST MOVERS EVER!!! They DON'T LISTEN to where you want things put, so they have to move items again. They DIDN'T MOVE anything that wasn't on my list that I sent them. 4 men 1 bedroom 2 watching while two manually unscrew screws! NO power tools!!! Your paying them for time!! Lead guy Mike would disappear several times! Leaving the other guys to work!
Strong recommend against using Stellar Movers for anything beyond a one bedroom apartment move. We used Stellar Movers for a full house move. They quoted us as 4 guys for a whole house, with a big truck. We did have twice as many boxes as I estimated, but didn't think that was a huge issue, and I told them in advance.
Thanks for the review Katie. Sorry the move took longer than expected. We worked all day long on your move without complaint. We moved 2 full truck loads, much more than the original list with many of the items going to the 3rd floor attic of the house.
I’ve used this company twice and each time something has been damaged. The first time the young men hid the fact that banged up my brand new stackable washer/dryer. Telling me they aren’t liable for any damages moving my washer the day of the second move is absolute garbage. The second time they bent the frame of my couch and it no longer can be assembled correctly and stained the only rug I had them move.
Thanks for your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously, but we also want to clarify a few important details for transparency. For your first move, the washer/dryer needed to be maneuvered through a very tight doorway where it could not remain fully padded.
I wish I could give them 5 stars, but I just can't. I hired this business to do a move for me confident in their ability to deliver as promised. I hired them because I believed that they would move items from 2 locations to one location in ONE DAY. They emptied out my storage unit, which was packed to capacity (which I told them) into a 2 story home. Then they were to go to my home, pick up items, and move it to the new house.
I apologize if we did not fully meet your expectations. Please know that your situation was an exception. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers.
Absolutely terrible. They did a service for us moving, and DO NOT REPLY YOU DONT HAVE US IN YOUR RECORDS LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS. I am absolutely livid. I come back from vacation expecting my furniture to be moved with no trouble, only to see that my $1000 dresser had its leg broken??? That’s 20% PERCENT of the price we paid for moving. Not to mention our refrigerators getting bent, and bedroom furniture getting scratched up.
Terrible job moving a 3-door cooler. I provided photos and dimensions. They didn't bring a lift gate. Their truck was too small for the cooler with the furniture dollies. The kids hired to do the job could have been killed doing it the way they did. Damaged the hell out of the cooler. Just happened to damage it mostly on the side opposite the compressor. The owner said since the cooler still works they're not liable. Refunded $50 but caused upwards of $1k in damage.
They damaged my furniture and my appliances very bad customer service after he change his workers he's not the same anymore they damaged very expensive furniture I paid them almost $5,000 as of they are a professional company but I was wrong they damaged my walls, Me hiring them it was the biggest mistake ever and I have pictures to prove everything please be careful do not hire them for the money they charge it's not even worth it.

First time dealing with them and it was a very bad news very very bad news they charge a lot of money and very bad service they are careless they will damage your furniture 100% and this is will be last time dealing with them I put it in my group I notify all my friends and family members not to deal with them and we will report them to the better Business bureau.

We hired them for a move from Buffalo to North Carolina. The estimate was very easy to read and any questions could be answered with one phone call. They were on time and very careful with our belongings. There were issues with the truck on the way down but they kept us updated and still made sure our things were delivered on the date it was supposed to be. The final price was actually lower than the estimate! We can't say enough about Gianni and Jacob!
Hired this company to move my Aunt from a whole house to a one bedroom apartment. I will start first by saying that the crew was on time, professional, hard working & really nice! Because my aunt was moving to a one bedroom apartment, the crew was more than accommodating when it came to moving things around the house for me that was not going to the new location. That was a HUGE help! I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and reasonable rate.
Their service is unmatched. I travel often for work and rarely in town. They organized two separate moves for me and each were not traditional moves. One required 2 pickup locations and the other was moving abandoned property from a tenants in a rental property. They worked quickly and carefully. All while I was not around. They worked significantly faster than the expected timelines for the job. Which shows their character as a company because I was not around to monitor them.
Forever indebted to this crew! Made moving so easy and pleasant. Tommy Sam and Bryce are so personable, polite , hardworking and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. I’d things dont fit , they don’t give up. They will use all their tools and even take things apart and put them back together once it’s into the room you want it in. Give those boys a raise ! Love the fact they’ll take apart your bed and reassemble it, take your wall mounted TV’s down… they go above and beyond.
