Absolute nightmare experience. We booked an out-of-state move six weeks in advance, and arranged with Jermell to have packing included. The estimate included the flat rate for the move and listed the by-material cost for packing; it stated that the payment would be due upon completion of the move, and that credit cards were accepted, which Jermell confirmed over the phone. Day of the move, the movers arrived nearly an hour late.

Update 2 to 1 stars: Way to gaslight your customers!! It was an uncomfortable experience for me and when you said "I know our crew is a little loud, make sure you go rate us 5 stars." (Not 1-5) I politely said okay! My area rug was wrecked by heavy furniture, I appreciated when we moved it off when I asked, but I would hope that would be implied. One of the crew was specifically being told to "be careful not to scratch the floors" multiple times and he said he knows.
I requested a move with Pryority and had everything scheduled and ready to go. Day of move, I was given a two hour window to expect the movers to come by. I received a phone call stating that instead of 12-2, the movers would be here at 2-4 due to “truck issues”. After confirming the time, the person I spoke to said “actually, 4-6.” No problem, things happen.

KEPT US WAITING FOR 8 HOURS! Scheduled move about 4 days in advance (happy they could add us last min) was told they would arrive noon to 4 as they had another move in the morning (which was fine). Did not hear anything until I asked for and eta at 1:30, was told the ETA was 4. Didn't hear until 4:30 that there was an issue (which was out of their control). 2 HOURS LATER was told the truck was unstuck and they only had 10mins of work left then would be on their way to us.

These movers showed up hours late from arrival time so I sat around waiting all day. Then one of the guys broke the glass to my vanity table. Nobody replaced it and all he said was oops. Then they proceeded to take a “break” in the truck …
ZERO STARS. Drivers showed up smelling like marijuana, changed the date and price last minute, absolutely the worst. Zero professional behavior. Would not use. Would not trust.

I hired them back in 2021 when I moved to Buffalo, and I hired them again this last weekend for my second move in the city. Great company, very reliable. They arrived promptly and quickly got to it. Loading was smooth and efficient, they were careful with our belongings, and always courteous. I don't know how they got that big truck up the narrow street I moved to, but they did it! Unloading was a breeze and they placed everything where I requested. Best of all, no surprises with the contract. They honored the quoted price to the number. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

The group of men were so kind, polite and didn’t let us pick up a finger! They completed a move in 4 hours that would’ve taken us weeks to complete on our own. Service is a little pricey but, they were amazing and saved us such a headache. It’s definitely worth the investment if you ask me!
