If I could give no stars I would. I waited to do a review because I don't like doing bad reviews but this was horrible… I used Alpha moving storage llc May 13,2025 2 movers was suppose to show up for 2 hours total. Well the day of only one showed up and did contact me saying he was by himself as he was already in route to come complete the job.

When I say this will be my movers going forward long as I am in Texas. From the customer service of Natalie whom works in the office that set my move up everything was perfect. She went over each and every detail and explained every step. There was no hidden fees or anything long as I stayed with in my hours that I requested for what needed to be moved. Now the two gentlemen that moved me all I will say is SUPERMEN!
