**WARNING: Find another company** This was hands-down the worst moving experience I've ever had. Save yourself the headache and money - use literally any other moving company. **Lost belongings:** My items disappeared due to their incompetent inventory management. No accountability, no resolution, just excuses. **Payment chaos:** Their bookkeeping is a disaster. Payment records were wrong, creating unnecessary complications and wasting my time. **Zero communication:** Getting a response was like pulling teeth.

We moved in June. It is now the end of November and we are still dealing with Element’s poor service. They damaged 3 heirloom antiques after promises of extra care and claims of expertise on their website. Fortunately we bought the extra insurance. WRONG! It is nearly six months and we have not been paid out as their substandard choice of carrier, TGI went out of business. This is after exhaustive emails with them, submission of invoices and numerous turnovers at both Element and the carrier.

I've used long distance movers before and have never had such a terrible experience. Let me start off by saying that the crew who came to load my belongings was very courteous and professional. I just can't say the same for the rest of the company. Element lost the majority of my belongings during my move. They lost pieces of my bed frame, which made it unusable. They disassembled my sofa after being loaded onto the truck and lost the legs. They also lost all of my clothing and an entire dining table set.

Updated: They are nice to get the bid. If you have to file a claim...good luck! This review is only for Neftaly and his crew. They were the guys responsible to load our belongings onto the truck. I will submit a separate review on Elements Moving and Storage (our experience from Start to Finish) upon the completion of the move. Neftaly and his crew showed up on time, were professional and respectful of our belongings and just nice people. They were at our house for about 8 hours.

Made an appointment to scope our move and the estimator (Lisa) canceled with less than 12 hours notice because she planned a last minute lunch on top of our appointment. I told her that didn't bode well for their logistics service and she blew me off and said that I should understand that "schedules change". Bullet dodged. As a logistics firm your only job is to make and keep schedules. I hope Lisa has a great lunch break - which is clearly more important than keeping commitments to clients.

I had such a negative experience with this company. Do not recommend. They carried boxes marked "Fragile" upside down, broke items in half, water-damaged upholstered items, and their contract obviously requires waiving most claims. I've moved several times, and this is one of the worst moving experiences I've had. Photos include just a few examples.

What started as a simple move quickly turned into a full week of constant changes, and they handled every single one without missing a beat. They helped us on Sunday with move-in, came back Tuesday for a room change within the venue we used, supported a scheduled clean-out on Wednesday. They helped me with two separate moves—first from my home into storage, and then three weeks later from storage into my new house.
