If I could give Arpin zero stars, I would. I originally left a positive review under pressure from the movers (who stood there and watched me write it) and before I realized what was actually done. I asked the movers if they would take an old dresser to the dumpster, they agreed and I gave them extra tip money for it. When I left my apartment I discovered, much to my dismay, that they had left the dresser in the hallway.

On August 15, 2025, Bekins' Dallas Vice President of Business Development, James Friesenhahn, personally inspected the items to be moved from my residence in Plano, TX to my new home in Las Vegas, NV. Following that inspection, he issued a binding written estimate of $4,644.76. I relied on that representation and signed the agreement, understanding that the figure represented the maximum I would owe, subject only to reduction once the final shipment weight was determined.

No response to damage claim and I had full coverage up to 100K, I have gone through the BBB in North Texas and Arpin has not responded to them either. Arpin's membership status with the BBB has been suspended therefore they are falsely advertising a A+ rating. DO NOT USE this company.
BUYER BEWARE!!! My washer and 65" flat screen TV were in working condition prior to being loaded on the Arpin truck on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Arpin delivered our items to our newly constructed home the following morning on Friday, September 20. 2018. Both items are now severely damaged, requiring replacement versus repair. A.

The move itself was fine. The follow up with many of my household goods in storage has been terrible. There is no communication, the billing is not done even when I have called and been concerned about lack of timely billing. Phone calls are not returned as people leave the company and there is no follow up. Very disappointed by the service or lack thereof.
The movers damaged the floors and wall paint in my new construction home, then lied to claim adjusters and said it was "pre-existing". They acknowledged that they damaged my home at the time, then changed their story. It's a brand new house, no floors were damaged. I will contact the BBB.

My advice. Skip the management overhead and find a moving crew. These companies just outsource crews and put an unnecessary markup on top. …

My husband and I had amazing service today from Arpin America Moving and Storage! Eric and Freddy helped us pack up and move all of our belongings from our move out of Dallas to San Diego. Leo and his crew were positively fantastic for our pack and move out! We had a LOT of stuff, and they worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully with all of our belongings, and took extra care to confirm if certain items needed to be packed. Wow. This crew was awesome. They made the lift moving into a 3 story town house in 95 degree heat super easy, although they did the hard work. Eric, Rafael, and Fredy are the exact dream to request. They were fast, careful, patient, helpful, and thorough while completing the job. Would highly recommend 10xs over.
