My second move with these guys was the worst decision I ever made. I moved into my new townhome Jan 20,2024. . I hired them to move me from a from a storage unit to a townhouse . my sofa , 2 beds basically my entire apartment : 2 65 inch TVs and all my personal belongings.. I go to turn on my TV that night and my 65 inch Samsung Qled has , Blue streaks down the middle of it . They didn’t bother to wrap anything! So naturally I check my other 65 inch Sony TV and its the same damn thing !

This company is beyond fraudulent. Please look at the negative reviews because none of them lied at all. This company was 4 hours late, stole belongings and then left like it was nothing. First company i had to file a police report on because what BUSINESS steals from their clients? Do NOT book these people and i will do everything in my power in order for this company to get what they deserve. Karma does not like ugly!
I was told $115 an hr. I explained that I was moving to a 1 br apt on the 3rd floor, no elevators. I also let them know what large items I have. So a few days go ny and I heard nothimg so I reacjed out to confirm if things were scheduled and ready to go. I was told yes. I then made sure to ask if there were any hidden fees that I should be aware of and was assured there were no extra fees. Fast forward to tonight... Danny contacted me via text to confirm some other information.
If I could not leave them a review at all I wouldn’t. These people are per scammers Ryan is the biggest scammer of them all. The fact I booked my move through him January 21, 2025 because he claims to be a locator he turns around two hours before my move March 28th 2026 and tells me they are no longer in business with the company. When he knew that from the jump! Then the manager lied and said he told me when in reality he did not he took my information and stated they would be there.
Was told driver would arrive between 12:45 and 1:30. Called several times to confirm, received no call back and nobody ever showed. Finally got a call back 90 minutes after I had asked for an update and was forced to cancel the move and reschedule with a different company. Completely unprofessional, made no effort to confirm the move in advance and didn't call back despite saying he would and the driver being over an hour late.
Took my deposit and, delayed my move 4 hrs (still pending) and I’m taking a break from looking up other movers to type this review. I don’t do this often, but please take this as a warning. Not only have they delayed, but they have ghosted me.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They didn’t show up for our move, wouldn’t answer our phone calls, finally texted that they were “out of town”. Insane behavior from a business owner - I’ve attached our text conversation with “Mike” which I don’t …

Frank and Jacoby were extremely helpful and the best movers I could have asked for. Arrived exactly on time, and they completed my move in about an hour less than expected. Friendly, hard working, no problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend them at Brother Bear!
Jacoby and Fred were exceptional! They communicated very well throughout the whole move and were very professional from start to finish. I definitely will be giving them a call back and highly recommend their services.
I had to move to Texas from California, I contact so many companies. My friend had just move to Chicago from coppell. Recommended Ryan and Dany at brother bear am so glad I found them. Their price was very reasonable. Dany flew in and make things happen for me. My property made it to Frisco undamaged. Thank you so much 🙏.
