When a problem arose, I tried to call and speak first, to a manager, then to billing. All I get is vm. I feel as though my furniture is being held hostage so I pay by cash or money order. Of course, the original quoted price is $2000 less than what they want me to pay. Beware..the ad says local company, but they are apparently out of TX, which is not where I am moving from. Very concerned that this is not a reputable company.
