Many of the units are not secured. If it happens that your unit is vandalized, keep in mind that you must file the insurance claim first. It must be done within 30 days from the moment the vandalism occurred. In your attempt to recover the stolen things, you become like a soccer ball in a soccer field. You are sent from one person to another. And the best player is the woman at the front desk who tells you that the person you want to talk to is not there, even though the person you want to talk to is there.
I'm truly sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience at our facility. This is not the level of service we aim to provide to our customers. Your feedback gives us an opportunity to address and rectify these issues for all our tenants.
Very unprofessional, I would never go there again. One night I couldn't get out of there and later they accused me of trespassing. I was locked in all night. I had called emergency number and there was no response. There were other problems too. Lots of criminal behavior in the lot and surrounding area. It is not a safe area.
We apologize that we were not up to your standard. As you can see from our other reviews your situation is the exception and far from our high standards. We have almost 40 years serving local customers with their storage and parking needs.
Rats got into our storage and damage a lot of our personal stuff clothes shoes boxes etc. And lady " owner " didnt do anything but ask if we had insurance that she didnt offer us. Told us she couldn't do anything about it...

We stored our RV at this location for one month and during that time our bike was stolen off of the back of our RV. Prior to storing with American Classic Storage the RV sat for a month in the parking lot of two less than stellar hotels and it was left alone.. I don't feel the security is something they should mention as a feature. We also told the company about the theft almost a week ago and no one has gotten back to us.
Ashley I am terribly sorry. How frustrating. I did send you an email last week. Reach out to me at [email removed] We can file a police report, look at our camera footage and see if you enrolled in our protection plan. We don't condone theives and this information disturbs me.
Horrible !!!! Honestly it's not very professional to speak on what happened with my account with you guys it says a lot when a company would put somebody's business out there like that when I didn't say why I thought you guys were horrible in the first place. You might want to have a little bit more respect for others in the future and not speak about their situation.

DO NOT STORE WITH THEM. Their prices are not accurate online and then once your things are being stored with them, they raise rates every 6mos. So what starts as a good deal quickly catches up and passes their competitors. There is no reason to go here when there are so many other more honest storage facilities out there. Don't fall for the scam.

They plant stuff in their storage units during auctions. Went to 2 auctions several weeks apart in the same unit . When confronted was told that you are buying what’s in the unit not how it got there then was asked to leave . SCAMMERS

I have rented a storage unit for well over a decade now. Im pleased with American Classic Storage . Although my rent has gone up over the years I know its the cost of doing business. My experience was a very nice one at American Storage. Everything was done in a professional manor and explained in detail on the ground rules. I was allowed to view the space before I purchased it . I was completely satisfied. The price for the unit is at a great price. I would recommend American Classic Storage to friends and family.
