The company broke most of my belongings and then never called me to set up the claim. Rude upon arrival. And they didn't finish the job. Worst experience. Would honestly rate 0/5.

BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One star is more than they deserve. Movers arrived and called the manager when I inquired about the truck, note that they never came inside or saw my items. The manager Vincent called me and arrogantly spoke down to me about the situation. It was then I found out that not one of the movers spoke English therefore they did not understand what I was asking. Vincent refused to send a English speaking employee to the location and told me that his phone instructions are sufficient.

Disappointed, slowest crew ever, came unprepared, couldn't fit all of our items in truck and we had to make a separate trip to get the rest of our things. Called to discuss concerns, no one called back. Told us we still have to pay the full invoice even if the 3 men crew moved like 2 men and didn't get all our stuff, then said management would call us back to make it right...over 6 weeks, still no returned call.

Currently moving from an apartment to a house and I must say this is the most STRESSFUL situation and company that I have ever made a contract with. Extremely disappointed in your crew and service. I have extremely valuable furniture and delicate pieces and nothing was wrapped. Bare tape placed on my items and kids toys that will most likely cause the paint to peel and lift. I specified to the company I had a large expensive mirror and they didn’t even bother to wrap it.

Broke my 86" TV and won't call me back when I complained about it. Started taking apart my treadmill for abou 1 hour because it wouldn't fit the doorway. Then couldn't figure out how to take it apart. I complained but then did discount 1 hour of the rate.

Damaged furniture, lost items, damage to walls. Moved from a downstairs apartment to another downstairs apartment within the same apartment complex. Really pitiful movers. Would not recommend.

Broke all the glass shelves to my grandmother's China cabinet today. Also, don't ask these guys to move a piano. If there's a resolution to the broken items, I'll update here.

Zach and his team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and prompt. They were able to clear out two single bedroom apartments in different locations and move them to a single family home in a different part of town within 6 hours, all for a good rate. Zach and his crew helped us move in March 2026. These guys are careful, creative, and funny. Communication was excellent regarding arrival time and whenever we had large pieces for the space we were moving into they did some expectation setting with us about the challenges. They were diligent in wrapping and blanketing items for the move.
