The worse Broker to Work With , We Book a Load Back on October 13 , We selected que Quick Play Option And Now It's Now 10 and We haven't Got Any Payment, We Call The acct Department they Nevera Pick up The phone ,Call The Agent We Book The Load With , No Answer We Have send , more than 20 E-mails and More than 50 Call and No Answer !! Do Nota Book loads With This Broker , We ara going to Place a claim of No Payment on DAT , FMCSA
This company is not someone I would recommend doing business with Very unprofessional, my factoring company does not work with them do to not paying there bills. I was told that I will get paid directly from amil freight in 5 days after the load was dropped. Which did not happen, they will not answer calls or return calls or emails. I filled a complaint with their surety bond, and amil freight spins them and says they mailed a check and sent them a tracking number which was a lie as well.
Horrible company to work with, no communication when issues arise! We booked a load for a pick up next day first thing in the morning. After showing up to the shipper we found out that there is no appt for us, and the broker knew about it. The broker was very well aware that there is no appt and that we will be at the shipper first thing in the morning.
They are a joke my driver was at the pick up location from 1330 pm to 0015 am , I updated them every hour after the pick up apt they told me to send in the bol . I send the bols the next day and tehy told me that they can request detetnion once i send the bol when the driver gets empty. I been doing this since 2011 and nobody ever told me to do that before if the detetnion is on the pick up side you request it as sson as you get the bol when the driver get loaded not when he gets empty so you dont have to pay the…
When I contacted them on this load the person was extremely hard to understand. He seems very confused as to the correct words to use. He called several times before the load asking for the rate con after I sent it back to him and everyone on the email chain several times, They constantly call several times, not sure if it was because they had a hard time understanding us or what, but will not do business with them again.
After 30 days of calling every single day, someone finally answered. I have loads that have not been paid just like most people here. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY!! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS!!! False Promises, it’s been hectic. They would just tell me next week next week for the past 3 months. I have loads that have not been paid since JUNE!!
We did a load for Amil Freight back in February of 2021. We spent 10 hours at a shipper and lost 1 extra day due to missed delivery appointment. While on a load we got tons of empty promises to compensate waisted time. They were playing for time until we deliver a load and as a result we didn't get promised adequate compensation.
DO NOT SET UP WITH THEM IF YOU'RE CONTACTED!!! These people contacted me (Angel) to tell me about dedicated work for my trucks in PA, it's been almost a week and no job, my guys are stuck up there waiting for them to finish God knows what and still NO WORK FROM THEM. GET AWAY THEYRE BAITERS

BK Delivery Express We do loads from Stanwood,MI to Chicago,IL for Amil freight. Amil freight is a problem-free company, we work with Imran who is really professional, polite, friendly and very much transparent- he is the best to work with! He always answers the phone, which is such a plus in this industry! He is the best broker to work with- every company needs an Imran! :) We run multiple loads per week with a great rate- especially now when times are hard!
Well I use these guys for the first time,they was super friendly. They was hands on is making sure I got loaded as the shipper was trying to tell me that the load was not ready for shipment until 3 days after the appointment that AmilFreight Gave me, I have only one problem. They did not know to description of the product that I was to haul. And that’s not good. Drivers got to know what they are hauling so we can be prepared.
Got off to a bad start with poor phone communication. Fast talking India-English led to confusion and frustration while working some pickup issues. My advice: stick to written communication whenever possible, and this is way less of an issue. Amil was very responsive via email and fast approval on a detention claim after it was all done. I took off a star for the weak voice support, because I'm old and prefer talking to someone. Having figured this out, they're good to deal with.
