I asked for them to move a piano from a rural area. They lied constantly about their location and ended up going over the border when the piano pick up was in Manitoba!! I did not follow through with their employment, as they were extremely unprofessional and unable to follow the directions we gave them to the pick up.

Hired Andrew to move a piano from a 3rd party to my house. I provided all of the information in writing so that he could connect with the pick-up location direct. Received a call saying they were on the way but had not contacted the pick up location to make arrangements prior so no one was home. Rescheduled to another day and all of the proper arrangements were made. They were at the house ready to pick-up the piano when he called to confirm and the price changed during that conversation.

These guys were supposed to move a baby grand piano at misrecordia hospital and well they showed up on moving day with 4 guys only to say they needed more guys and then proceeded to leave to only come back another day randomly unannounced with 3 guys and at this point we were totally annoyed as the hall the piano was in was booked for the day and the unprofessionalism was quite obvious so we told them to leave and hired Piano Movers winnipeg and they got the job done on time and efficiently with no problems…

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Andrew’s customer service really lacked. We were scheduled a pick up at 5:00 pm. I had to call Andrew at 5:30 to see where they were. He should have called to say he was running late. To make the story short they were 1.5 hrs late. I was not happy. I let him know next time call your customers to say you’ll be late. He gave nothing but attitude. I was going to get him to tune my piano too but I’m finding someone else who’s more professional.

Just witnessed one of the older employees with a black hat peeing on the side of my building. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Beware of this man! He doesn't care about someone else's home or property.

If you want to have your piano moved then fine use him. But his customer service and his pushy attitude is not good. Way Overpriced on tuning

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Andrew and his team did a great job moving our piano into our home! The moving team was professional and efficient. Thank you!

Andrew was meticulous in tuning our piano. Knowledgeable, with decades of experience, he took the time to explain what he was doing, and why. Excellent service and *extremely* reasonable rate. I will use him again!

Andrew (and his team) moved a very old piano for us, and he tuned it once it was in place. We were very pleased! He also repaired a few small things that had deteriorated over the years. Andrew really knows his stuff, and has the tools and materials to fix at least small things on site, to get a piano sounding its best (I believe he also restores pianos). A year later he let us know that he would be passing near our town, so we got him to tune it again now that it has settled in. It sounds wonderful!

We recently asked Andrew to repair, tune and move a piano. His attitude is always professional and he is honest and straightforward when it comes to a piano. We purchased one from him 25 years ago and still call upon him when we need his services. He is an excellent piano technician and he would rather repair the piano than throw it away, but he will still be honest if there is nothing he can do, and his prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend Andrew’s Piano to anyone that needs these services.
