ANOTHER PERFECT MOVE

Please check their yelp/BBB reviews before hiring them. I was fooled by their google reviews and rating, and I learnt my lesson the hard way. I hired them for full service white glove moving. This was an Interstate move of 4 days. For getting the estimate Ty(Owner) insisted I email him competitors' estimate and he will match the price (None of the other companies did that) 1st Red flag* I ignored it, in the spirit of supporting a local/small business HUGE MISTAKE!

Way too many mistakes to name, from the time of initial consultation to the move nothing but lies. Kept holding our furniture hostage until we paid way more than the initial quote that came out to my home to prevent this type of issue. It went from $3,500 to almost $6,000. No we have to waste time going to small claims court. I wouldn’t ever use this company again in life!! You have been forewarned!! And the reviews got to be fake!!

It was an absolute horrendous experience. It was a mistake booking them. I initially chose them based on their high Google rating, but after my experience, I have serious concerns about the authenticity of some of the reviews. I'm sharing my experience to warn others who are considering to hire them for the move. I booked them about a month in advance to move from Atlanta to Morgantown.

I would leave a -2 star but they haven’t enabled that feature yet. Long story short they broke a bunch of our stuff, hid it so we didn’t notice till later and then this company refuses to acknowledge the damage claim. Have called and emailed and have been thoroughly ignored. They outsource all their jobs to third party and take no responsibility for any damage. I would be extremely cautious with using this company.

Monroe was good and overall the move went okay but the company owner over the phone was rude, aggressive and disrespectful. At first, it was supposed to be $170 for the truck and $140/hr but the guy called me and told they can't make it to the pickup location and told us they can only come with an increase in the price which was highly unethical . So, we agreed to the latest terms which were $150/hr and $200 for the truck. Monroe came and finished everything super fast and super efficient.

I could rate some aspects of this as 5 stars, and I could rate some as very negative. I was not the only person who dealt with this company. I live out of state, and was assisted by friends in the area. I could attribute some of the issues as missed communications, but some are outright incompetence and very shady actions. The positive part is that after the passing of a family member and they were contacted, Josh did an amazing job of packing things up and taking things to a storage room.

Very petty people. initially booked a last-minute move with them then got a phone call saying “oh you don’t have a lot of stuff so we’re just gonna do probably an hour and a half to two hours max”. They showed up in good spirits and then within minutes, their mood changed. I don’t have time for grown men and mood swings like they are women. Anyways, the owner Ty then told me one thing and then switched up days later.

I've moved countless times for work over the years, and worked with metro-based moving companies at least a dozen times. That being said, this is hands down the worst company I've ever worked with. They missed pickup on a single couch (that was all I needed to move!) for two straight days. Said they'd pickup at 8 am on Sunday, called 30 min later to delay because of a previous move. Apologies were enough after the first delay because I understood where they were coming from, but then it continued.
