Sales rep talked smooth and literature was impressive, Pricing was higher than peers, and salesman justified with promises of employee training, red carpet service, zero house or property damage. My experience was mixed. POSITIVES: tje salam presented professionally, used impressive pitch book to make his case, calculated estimate with a systematic inventory count tool, the cost seemed calculated based on inventory, the crew who wrapped was thorough, professional, and exacting.

My experience with this company was worse than terrible. The representative I worked with, named Ward Bond, was utterly useless. I scheduled and 830 AM moving time with him and he decided to put on my paperwork that my move would not start until 2 PM and tried to play it off like it was my mistake. I planned my entire day, including various other utility technician appointments, around an 830 move-in time, so I'm pretty sure I would not mix up 830 AM for 2 PM.

Updated Review I wanted to update my original review. Michelle and her crew were fantastic during both moves and I still stand by that. They were careful, professional, and made the actual moving experience very easy. Unfortunately, I had a sofa damaged during my September 2024 move and the claim has never been resolved. I filed it right away and the team acknowledged the issue, but the repair never happened and there has been no resolution even after following up for almost a year.

Unfortunately our moving experience with Atlanta Peach Movers was terrible. This company was recommended by several friends who had just recently moved. So many things went wrong with our move, but it started with the estimate of time/manpower the move would take. We were quoted for 2 trucks, 6 workers and a full day. We needed 3 trucks at least 2 more workers and the full day was 13+ hours.

Top 10 most STRESSFUL day in our lives. 2 Bedroom Apt: 12 HOUR move, items DAMAGED, and movers FIGHTING. I would have saved the money and moved myself if I knew. If you are shopping for movers, take a minute to read the below (ESPECIALLY if you have a designated time in which you need to move your belongings). STRIKE 1 - 4 HOURS LATE. We had a scheduled elevator time for our new apartment and we did not make it. Would have been nice for a call. But no, barely any communication.

Hired this company to help move my wife and I out of a two bedroom apartment. I paid to have 3 movers for two hours. The movers showed up over 3 hours late and never once called to inform me of when they would be there or why they were late until 40 minutes prior to arrival. I had to call the office 5 times until I finally got the operations manager to track them down. They showed up with a broken dolly and 1 less mover than I hired.

My first review was taken down at the emphatic request of Orlando Lynch, Owner of Peach Movers. Google depends on honest and forthright reviews and I was trying to save this company further embarrassment. We used Peach Movers on July 25, 2024. The sales Director came out six weeks in advance and wrote up proposal. The moving crew arrived at 8:15 AM with a truck about half the size we expected and needed. This was our seventh move in the last 40 years so we have a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Outside of showing up 30 minutes late for a very limited moving time window, the 2 guys who moved me out of my apartment were very good. However, I was quoted in an initial email and signed a contract for 3 movers plus a truck and only 2 movers showed up. I expressed my concern to the head mover who assured me that the rate I agreed to was for 2 movers, not 3.
