These guys are CON ARTIST..... They toook down my TV and transported same floor didferent apartment and damaged my tV. Now they say they'll only cover 60 cents per pound! They NEVER OFFERED TO WRAP IT OR BOX IT. Yet this is my fault? NEVER WAS OFFERED UPGRADED PROTECTION! CON ARTIST! Still charged me $387 for a 2 hour move and they only stayed 90 min.

Have not used this company and I never will simply based on how they represent themselves on the road. The driver of truck number 32 (tag YIC154) on Feb. 1st driving on Holly Springs Parkway and Sixes Road in Canton GA acted more than unprofessional and rude. Traffic was stopped in our lane so I was being nice to leave one car length of space to not block the crossing road and let someone turn left at the crossing road.
We are extremely upset—just as you are—with this behavior. It is absolutely unacceptable, and we will be addressing it internally. This is not how we expect our team members to conduct themselves, and we sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had.
Hired Wirks to do a move from GA to VA. Because our move-out and move-in dates were a few months apart, project included Wirks storing our stuff in their warehouse for a couple of months. We were assured that our stuff would never be co-mingled with anyone else's. When move-in date arrived in VA, Wirks showed up without all of our stuff -- apparently, they "forgot" to pack everything on the 2 dedicated trucks they sent. Worse, the stuff that they sent actually included stuff that was not ours.
Thank you for sharing your concerns, Mr. Edwards. We are aware of the issues surrounding your delivery and have been working with you toward a resolution. We would like to clarify that customer belongings are not co-mingled while in our storage facility.
BUY THEIR INSURANCE! If I could give zero stars, I would! Absolutely the worst experience with a mover I have ever had. We had quite an easy move. 1 bedroom apartment and most of our belongings in plastic tubs. We only a few items that needed care and they managed to break one of those. I asked for them to do the right thing. Pay for the item the crew knew they broke. They refused and told me that I should have bought their insurance.

This was my first time hiring a moving company, so I did a lot of research into local options before ultimately choosing Wirks. Wirks did a great job. On time, worked hard and barely stopped for a drink of water. Wrapped all furniture to protect furniture, boxed anything we forgot. Also had a great price. Carlos and Elvi were great to work with.

I have moved 3 times in my life and Wirks has been my BEST experience. Moving is a stressful process on many levels, Wirks definitely eased my concerns about loading and unloading my possessions. I had the pleasure of being assigned Trent, Javier and Jeffery. The arrived on time, communicated all concerns, especially the ones I did not think of during both loading and unloading my 2bed/2bath to a 4th floor 2bed/2bath. During the loading process, they made sure to handle my possessions with care and thoughtfulness.

We recently moved our full home after 20 years of living in the same place. We vetted multiple movers and found Wirks to be the most professional and most thorough in the quoting process. Instead of crunching a large move into one day, we split the move across two days. When the time came to make it all happen, this made a huge difference - both in the quality of the move (all of our items made it safely and without incident) and in helping us to manage the exhaustion that comes with such activities.
