I would not recommend this place. They do not have cameras installed; video footage was not available for review by the local police department after a break-in of several units. I had my unit broken in to; items were stolen & disturbed. This place takes ZERO accountability for securing your belongings, because quite frankly - they don't have to, despite what they advertise. Melissa, an apparent manager or employee, is incredibly unhelpful, reactive, and rude - no apologies, no validation, no empathy.

6-28-24 I been renting my storage unit here for about 3 years. Never had a problem with anyone trying to break into my storage unit here that I know of until now, I went to my storage shed today n someone tried to break in. I had 2 locks on it. One was a good more exspensive ambus disk lock that the lock picking lawyer recommended on YouTube n he couldn’t pick it. The 2nd lock I wasn’t sure which one, but I think it was a master combination padlock.

Stay away! A S has zero security. The only cameras are near the office (which only has a QR code and no humans). All the gates that should be locked and closed are wide open 24/7. Bad guys as well as tenants have 24/7 access without needing a gate code. If you value your property, use a different storage company. Our unit (as well as at least 3 others) was burglarized one night. The bad guys went into an open unit and climbed over unit partitions to burglarize other units.

I came to Flagstaff to find a job in Forestry or something else similar and was storing things there to have handy to hike a check out the area but had a huge communication problem because every time I call there is a different person for this facility with different contracts, rules, and attitudes. Just to much trouble to be worth continuing to storey belongs there.

This place is totally online and they will force you into auto pay. No other way to pay. No one on site to show you the units. Pick a unit online and take your chances. It completely sucks. I signed up when they had a person onsite and it was Great! Not anymore!!!! Stay far far away from this place!
lo kis, We are a fully automated storage facility with everything done through our Customer Care Center. The Care Center is easily accessible through our signage and they are aware of peoples needs and go to extraordinary lengths to accommodate tenants.

Just moving from Bullhead City was difficult. No permanent address in Flagstaff bur they helped me very quickly to move my goods into a locker. Awesome service.

I didn’t have any issues with Anytime Storage. Getting into my unit was easy as pie, as was moving out and ended my lease. My stuff was safe and secure and I never felt worried about my items being stolen with the cameras around. Would recommend if you need to access a storage unit without weird “curfew” times!
