Based on other reviews it sounds like the storage facility is great...but their pest control practices leave a lot to be desired. They set a trap for a skunk and left it for so long that the skunk cleared out all the pine needles and dirt around the bottom of the trap trying to escape over the course of hours or days. It ended up curling into a ball and dying under the trap door. Edit: In response to the business's reply ("sorry you had to see this..."), you can do better.

Cali, Your Fiancé did not move out of the storage facility on the 1st. He came in and moved out on the 4th. Therefore, we only charged him $28.00 for the days he used. We believe this is fair when the Lease states, that if you enter into a new month you pay the entire month.

In their own words
I rented an indoor unit on the second floor for over 1 year. Everything was perfect. The push carts, elevator, restroom, air conditioning / heat all worked well. The place was very clean. The staff are friendly and are on top of things, especially updating my credit card payment when my card was about to expire. Great communication from the staff! Lots of parking and secure gate access with your own private code to enter the gate. I would definitely rent another unit here again in the future!
First impressions on-line and in the office are excellent. Lots of units and a very clean space, in and across the property. Indoor units require some navigation skills (doors, corners, typical). Fair price for keeping your goods safe in a well-maintained and secure property.

The team and facilities at Woodlands Village Self Storage was wonderful! They always responded to my questions promptly and the facility is clean and well maintained.
John was very helpful, kind and patient. I had my two kids with me and he still took the time to show me the unit and answer all my questions. He had several other customers come in while I was there and he was very courteous to them as well. The unit I rented was clean, as well as the office. Highly recommend!
