Ive worked as a dealership manager for good bit of my life...always in the business of customer service.. Ive issued po's to many tow companies in my history... . Decided to get into hauling...found myself broke down, 38 miles from flagstaff... Everyone quoted 125 an hour, and a couple hours, total of $250.00 ...but had no availability.. These guys quoted $850.00 for a tow to flagstaff.. Ill push it up hill 38 miles before being ripped off guys... Phoenix is a small world after 20 years.. Word travels
If i had the option to put no stars trust me that's what i would've selected. the guy that answered the phone first of all was rude, secondly he wouldn't speak up then when i asked to repeat BECAUSE I COULDN'T HEAR HIM, he got upset, 3rd, said he doesn't tow OLD STUFF, like could've been a little more polite when speaking to a customer. I don't get why people at their jobs are rude maybe they need to find something they will like instead of treat customers like that..
Rude! Called to request a quote and guy on the phone did not want to help and he kept sighing as I asked questions. He refused to give me a quote and asked me what other quotes I had been given. This was the first number I called and he seemed bothered and said to call him later once I had gotten other quotes. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
One star for the rudeness and for him hanging up in my face after a courtesy call. 1st call - it felt like a bother just trying to get information on how his operation works. Heads up - he charges $250/hr. Not necessarily a horrible price for the service, but decided not to use him.
Extremely rude old sounding man over the phone. Very sarcastic attitude, and after plenty of nasty attitude and sarcastic comments, they gave a price almost 400 dollars higher than the company we found to help. They make their prices crazy …

Jody was amazing. So kind and patient! He was friendly, calm, and helpful - above and beyond for sure! Expensive, but that's the territory for heavy tows... Would definitely call again (but hope to never need to!)
