the worst storage place in town. this older man that works there is very rude. im not sure if he still works there. i also had my work trailer stolen from their yard. they didn’t even catch who stole my trailer because their cameras position sucks.. they never keep that from gate locked, so anybody can just drive right in. very bad security system. there was thousands of dollars worth of tools inside of my trailer, someone one evening drove in and drove out with my trailer away and nobody seen “anything”.

Ripped me off after requests for a short reprieve on payment. I find tat this is a common experience for others, as well. Don't patronize them!

The new property manager is clearly abusive to his wife and she is terrified of him. She has even expressed grief being there and how miserable she is. I will be doing my best to leave this place and go to another storage unit because they do not deserve our business... That guy is a wretched monster who drinks while he's on the job.
Stopped by asking for prices, the first thing out of this man’s mouth is “I think the promo ended” no friendly faces, two older gentlemen and they both had mean looks. Prices are not what they are on the website, he went on saying those are …

This place is ridiculous. Every single month I'm here my bill keeps getting higher for no reason. My bill has gone up almost 100 in the last 3 months. I would not recommend this place at all!!
Hi Marissa, I am so sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. We strive to keep our rates competitive with the surrounding areas; when increases do happen, we try to keep them as low and infrequent as the market allows.
The info was not clear and I didn't continue with lease. They charged my card and promised refund. That was 2 days ago. liars and thiefs

Shield storage really helped me out, their facilities are clean and well maintained and the staff is really good too. Jon and Natalie brought me refreshments when i asked if they sold water. It would be nice if they were open longer hours, but they’re still growing so its understandable. Still a great storage facility tho.
