I feel for Jay in the last post and based on the details of his move our move got canceled or in other words it was a no show from the movers for us. There was more $$$ in Jay's move than our little one bedroom move. After serveral failed attempts to contact anyone we received a call from Dave that the two crews available, one was on vacation and the other was not coming because one of the movers broke an ankle. Sounds more like a bunch BS.
One of the worst moving company I have ever contacted! Set up a walk through when making a phone call, and no one showed up on that day we made the appointment! When I called to figure out what happened, no one answered the call or even gave me a call back on that day. I will never do the business with this company which is very unprofessional and disrespectful!

Extremely poor planning. Originally told me 1/2 day to move our house. I insisted they come walk through and see how much we had. After this it was agreed a full day needed. Move day came and they still had us for part day. Insufficient help. Thy rushed and ultimately left plenty for us to move on our own the next 3 days burning vacation time. Owner still had the nerve to charge us nearly 3x original estimate. After complaining received and apology but nothing else.

Flagstaff Moving Company did an outstanding job with our out-of-state move (Colorado to Arizona)! Beginning with Anthony in the office scheduling our move, the pickup by Michael, Tim, Ethan and Cole, to the delivery (the same folks that picked up), everything went very smooth. We were very impressed with how they took care of our belongings (three 26-foot trucks), their professionalism, friendliness, flexibility and willing to work hard! Thank you very much!
