They gave me a 2-hour window to be there on the spot. Currently waiting now and going on 3-hours now (who knows how much longer). They definitely need to improve their communication to the customer as they do not give updates if a delay in delivery is expected. I called both driver and office, and all I heard was excuse after excuse with no take of responsibility. I do not give reviews EVER (good or bad) but this is deserved. Very unprofessional.
If you are pcsing from fort hood and the transportation office assigns you with this company, good luck. PCSed to oversea, and every electronics came broken. starting with my desktop, monitors, jet boil, rice cooker, air fryer, etc. If they say their trucks are broken, and brings only a moving truck without a container, and tells you that it needs to be packed at the warehouse, I wish you a luck that everything will stay intact.
It wasn't so much that the ladies who packed our stuff didn't do a great job, but the fact that the driver asked me to give him a ride to the ATM, & then lost a bunch of my belongings, screws and bolts needed to put together the things they didn't break, & broke most of my furniture.
If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. We had a PCS move from Texas and our pack out was beyond awful with this company. Everything from having upwards of thousands in claims to having the driver throw items at me. The …

Apple Moving is hands-down one of the best moving companies we have worked with in our 23 years in the Army—and that’s saying a lot. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. Their attention to detail really stood out. Every item was carefully packed, labeled, and protected, especially our antique furniture and high-value items. Nothing felt rushed or careless; you could tell they genuinely took pride in their work.
We are PCSing. Army hired Apple Moving to do the packing portion (possibly the moving portion too.). Originally we had a 3 day assignment or pack our 4 bdr,/2 bath little less than 2000sq ft home. The beginning of the week they called and ask if they can cancel one day and just do it in 2. We said sure as long as it gets completed we don’t care when/how. 8am sharp 3 women show up to pack our house. They packed for 10 hours straight, no breaks, no food.
Adam, Boyd, and Frank did my PCS move into my new home in Texas, and saying they did an amazing job would be an understatement! They handled my things with care as if it were their own, and were kind! They also assembled anything that had been disassembled. They were awesome! Thanks guys! Edit: Paula and Amanda came and did my box removal and were awesome! I was running a little late because I had forgotten I set the time up and they were very accommodating and understanding.
