In their own words
Driver and crew were never told about change of load date that was requested by CTS four days prior to my move. That day, had a driver come down from Waco to drop truck at 1:30 for a different driver to pick up the next day. The load crew finally arrived at 2:30 in afternoon after being told that they were on their way from Killeen at 1130 in the morning. The first thing one worker said to me was that I was Lucky that they were at my home, doing me a favor.

The worse packing job I have EVER had in my entire military career. I have so many original boxes with custom packing material and they just threw my furniture in boxes like it didn’t even matter. Many of my pictures were not wrapped and broke. A lot of my Knick knacks and collectible objects were broken because they were just put in boxes without being wrapped. I even have someone else’s furniture mixed in with my household goods. I get more and more disgusted as I open another box.

This company packed us up back in October for my husband's ets move. They weren't very friendly and tried to refuse to pack certain things that we were initially told were OK and we double checked with transport management to be sure. I remember the guys who loaded our items weren't the packers but were friendly. We're now unpacking and everything labeled clothes, has a few pieces, but random things. We kept boxes for things such as our sons high chair, my keriug, a robot vaccum.

I would not recommend this company. It started off with the packers being very unprofessional, late, and not wanting to pack things that they said the “driver” should pack which was wrong. The following week they had to come out and pack everything because the driver backed out. Everything was going smooth once a new crew came out until a packer stole a weapon from our home. We contacted police and the facility after giving them 20 mins to just give us the weapon back.

Chris and Raymond did a great job delivering my household goods. They were professional, respectful, and handled everything with care during the delivery process. I appreciate their effort and hard work. My only complaint is with the packing. I had to leave for deployment and didn’t get the chance to see how everything was packed. Unfortunately, some items were placed in boxes that were not meant to be written on, one of which was a special gift from a family member. That was disappointing to see.
