Would give them negative stars if possible. We have had this unit for a while with no problem. Then a few weeks ago we were moving so we stored some boxes while moving a week later we moved into our new place and went back to retrieve our items. What we found was a nightmare the property has been overrun with rodents. They are into our furniture and appliances everything that wasn't in plastic tubs was destroyed. Family pictures baby clothes everything. The stuff that wasn't eaten was soiled.

This is the worst storage I ever utilized. My truck’s catalytic converter was stolen while my truck was in that storage between May 2021- January 2022 And I never was reimbursed. I had to pay out of my pocket. Customers read their policy before you store your stuff in there. I will never use that storage again and never recommend it to anyone.

I visited the location on Stanschlueter Ave. and the customer service was horrible. A young lady by the name of Jamie lost her temper on me and almost had a complete meltdown because I said to my son, “we need to read the fine prints on contacts because when we don’t, we are not aware of what is in it”. She shouted , “There’s no fine print, I read it to him”. I responded, “I’m sure you did”. She asked me to get out, I refused and she promise to call the police to throw me out.

This place is beyond disgusting. I have a 10x40 unit and throwing away about 90% of what's in it. I've brought the issue of rat urine and feces up before and they just hand you an insurance pamphlet. My FIL had a small 10x10 and had the same issue. Worst $250/month ever for storage. I put my family's belongings in storage in the belief that our valuables would be safe but that was a wrong assumption. Our storage can't be the only one.

Called in to reserve a unit as I get off at 1700 and they close at 1800. They were able to find a unit for the size I wanted and processed my paperwork and had me set up before closing time! I believe the name of the gentleman that helped me was Tyrell! He was amazing and I appreciated him walking me through everything and breaking down everything for me.
