BE AWARE. They’re terrible packers. We keep finding more and more items ruined by their terrible packing. They worked quick, but now we’re paying the price on the other side. (Can’t emphasize enough that ZELDA was the only one who actually did a great job). Worst packing of any company we’ve ever dealt with. Goods delivered and completely mismatched. Boxes are vaguely labeled and are finding items that have nothing to do with what’s labeled.

Was told they charge minimum of 4 hours @$590 after that $149 each hour. No packing, no disassembling, no boxes, just the furniture itself. Set up inspection. inspection done via face time because inspector didn’t feel well. while waiting on the estimate, I had moved some of the furniture that was supposed to be moved by them. Well, two bunk beds to be honest. Thinking, less hours=less money we have to pay. The estimate was 7 hours.Well, got a bill to pay all upfront or they won’t show up.

Terrible pack job. Several things were removed from their original box and repacked with things that they should have never been packed with. All the boxes were either labeled decor or glass decor. So unpacking has been a nightmare. I also have a lot of hardware missing.

I called to get a quote on a move. They were quick to call me back. Ben came out to our home and did an inventory and said he would get back to me with a quote. That was a week ago. He hasn’t responded to my voicemails or texts. I’ve called the office twice and they assured me Ben would call me. That has not happened. This company has made no attempt to earn my business. I wanted to use them because of their great Google reviews. I’m wondering if these are even real reviews.

Editing my review because whoever packed our stuffs when we PCS’d out of Fort Hood did horrible job!!!! A lot of our stuffs are broken because they just shove them in the box!!!! Also, I saw how they mishandled my big mirror when they were loading it to the truck. It was marked as fragile but it fell twice and now it’s broken!!!!

Packer was very disrespectful and became physical at our home! Management notified and nothing done because Scobey workers lied to help their friend keep her job. Very disrespectful and we will not have any additional service. Military …
Regrettably, there was in fact an altercation between one of our employees and a guest of Ms. Crowder at Ms. Crowder’s residence during a recent service visit. What Ms. Crowder fails to mention is that her guest was arrested for assaulting our employee.

In their own words
Scobey squared me away when I PCS to Alaska from Texas. The crew are curteous and easy going. The first day Amaris, Sharlene, Orlando and Manuelo packed everything quick. They do not take their time and are focus on the job at hand. The next day for the loading, Jaime, Lorenz, Fred, Henry, Manel and Abraim took care of the heavy stuff. Again got done on time and not much chatting just focus on the job at hand. They are very careful in loading and making sure nothing is damage in the apartment.
