WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR PROPERTY TO BE DESTROYED AND NOT COMPENSATED. The movers were 3 hours late. I had to call to find out their ETA. One of the movers dropped my dyer and they destroyed my brand new Ashley’s and Rooms to Go furniture I just recently purchased. When I brought it up to one of the movers she admitted to damaging my property trying to get it into my home.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SHOWED UP TO MOVE! Robinson Affordable Movers were scheduled a week in advance. Were called the night before to verify time of arrival of 0700-0800. I woke up next morning to a text saying they will not have the truck until 12. 1pm they still had not arrived. I called and they said they had to pick up workers. 3pm they still had not arrived. Called they were on their way. 4:30pm. Still had not arrived. Called to cancel.
We don't do bad business, every discrepancy is handled and we have been in business 9 years servicing the central texas area.
My diamond bracelet a silver dollar that was given to my son 22yrs ago when he was in boot camp. I cried when I realized they had broken so many of my things. I gave them $100 tip because I didn't recognize all of the damaged items. I have torn everything apart and still haven't found my bracelet. I trusted them and they stole from me and I am reporting them to the police today if I don't hear from them Please don't use them especially if you have important things. I hate I used them Movers they are not.

The movers arrived at 7 in the morning after not completing the job the day before. One worker who I surmised to be the owner immediately began complaining about being tired and not wanting to be there so early. It had been a long night for us all, but we had an agreement, and he had already been paid the full contracted amount, so we decided to put up with his rudeness in order to get the job done.

I wish I would have known they had a Google page when I used them a few years ago. My whole experience was terrible. They were late, half my house was loaded up, they complained. They pulled up in a U Haul truck. We could have done this and saved money. These reviews have to be fake. No way anyone is giving this company a good review.
I did not have a great experience with them. They were late to get me unpacked, and broke some of my dishes. When I reached out about it, I was told that I would receive some replacements for the dishes. I never received those. The overall communication was not the best.

The team got off to a 2 hour delayed start due to a discrepancy in securing the truck. Communication was present during the delay, Robinson gave constant updates up until he arrived. Once the team arrived they moved extremely fast and efficient. Would recommend!
Robinsons movers showed up on time and completed moving within 3 hours. They were professional and polite. I will definitely use them again.
I called this company after All My Sons gave me an exorbitant quote. Not only did this company work with my budget, they came next day. There were time set backs but from my experience there are ALWAYS delays when moving, no matter the size of the company. They broke down my bunk bed and built it back, allowed me and the kids to help out, and were just cool people.
Robinson’s Affordable Movers are dependable & reliable. They’re affordable. They work fast & safe. They take care of your household items as if it’s theirs. It was my first time using them.
