Beware: Nightmare Moving Experience with Arch Moving Our move with Arch Moving turned into a harrowing ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. From the onset, it was clear that things were headed in the wrong direction. We had a tight schedule, needing to vacate our previous house on the same day we closed on our new one. However, the estimate provided was significantly lower than the actual requirements, and the absence of an in-person evaluation for truck needs led to disastrous consequences.

I would not recommend Arch moving for anyone that has tight spaces or difficult to move items. We hired mover for our daughter that lives alone. She had a large sectional sofa that had gotten into her apt through a tight staircase yet the movers could not figure out how to get it out of the apt after trying for over 90 minutes and left her stuck with moving it on her own. Their rationale was getting something in is different than getting it out Never heard that but ??

I went with arch moving because they had a good price and are local. When possible I like to keep it in the community. That may have been a mistake. The movers themselves were fine. They lost my personal dolly, left the plastic wrap on the floor in my apartment, and didn't assemble most of what they took apart to move. I can manage that. But they did break my 75 in tv. When going through the claims process. I'm getting 30 dollars for it.

Updating my review March 19, 2025: We just went into our storage unit after 4 months only to discovered that Phillip and Darrion threw our furniture and boxes into the storage unit. I have broken glass, broken furniture, and priceless items tossed into this storage unit like it was trash. They piled everything at the very edge of the storage unit door and we could barely open it. I am extremely disappointed and saddened by the lack of care.

We had three guys move our two bedroom apartment to a house less than two miles away. When they were finished they asked us to leave a review within "15 minutes" of them finishing because it "affects their bonuses." My fiance left them a 5 star review because, other than all of them avoiding carrying our mattress to the third floor we originally thought they did a decent job. The longer we've had to review our furniture we continue to find more marks and small breaks. Nearly every piece of furniture has a mark.

We chose Arch for our move on February 28, 2025, primarily due to my husband's recent back injury, trusting their advertised reliability. To our dismay, the movers who arrived informed us that one of the movers were still in training and seemed inexperienced.

My experience with Arch Moving was deeply frustrating and disappointing. The movers they sent were clearly young, inexperienced, and unqualified for the job. Two of them couldn’t have been older than 18, and one was still in training. Their lack of skill and care resulted in significant damage: my hardwood floors were gouged, my ceiling was punctured, and my mattress was dragged on the ground without covering, leaving it filthy and unusable.
