The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I just used these guys for a time crunch move. They had my whole house loaded in a few hours and were waiting and ready at my new house the second I closed. Everything packaged well and shrink wrapped. Polite, on time, and very professional. I’ll never move myself again. Great job
Connected with Bills Moving and Storage for my Non Temporary Storage (NTS) for my military move. The company was very easy to work with and the process was seamless. I was able to do my pre move survey via photos and got a confirmation of my arrival window. On move day, the team arrived promptly and we went over the scope of work. I also like they arrived in two vehicles: one for materials and equipment and the other for my items. The crew packed everything nicely and took great care of my items.
Moved my mother in law into a retirement community. Two 20 year old kids with great attitudes. Meticulous wrapped things up. We're very motivated, but also we're easy going. Both my wife and mother in law were very happy. We would give them 6 stars if we could. Excellent value for the service.
Dan and his team are great! They’ve moved my mom a couple of times to new rooms at the Fountains and a long distance move to Chicago. They were on time and very professional. I would absolutely use them again!
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
