Absolutely horrible service and would not recommend! It took 7 hours for 3 men to move an apartment with minimal furniture 20min away. I had minimum furniture bc I purchased new furniture to be delivered to my new place. I had an item that was broke and also had missing things. I later got a charge for a purchase that was taken from my home. It took 50min to drive to my new apartment which is exactly 18min away, while paying an hourly fee & transportation fee.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was hands down one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had. I hired this company expecting professionalism, communication, and efficiency and instead I got a nine and a half hour disaster for a one bedroom apartment that was already fully packed and prepped. The movers spent nearly six hours just at the apartment which makes absolutely no sense. Everything was boxed, bagged, and stacked in the middle of the unit.

Do not use this company, first they said they charge 145 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours and they make you give a Deposit who goes towards the two hours , we'll thats a lie because they later charge you 290 plus your deposit with excuses, and they keep your 145 usd and still pay 290 use, they were supposed to get my home at 5- 6 pm and they delayed me like 3 times because they had a flat tire, they got here at 8:45 pm ( they were here to just take all the stuff down from my u haul) everything was going well and…

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after seven months of trying to resolve this situation, I feel it is necessary. The actual move itself went smoothly. We moved about 100 miles from a 2,400 square foot home, and the crew worked quickly and efficiently. However, when it came time to pay, I went to my purse to get the white envelope containing the cash I had set aside, and 1,000 dollars was missing.

I called and scheduled a move for May 31st after I found a rental that would allow me to move in early because my house sold, and I needed to be out by the 1st of June. I was told Arizona Discount Movers that the movers would be at my house on May 31st, and I was given a three-hour window. I was then told that I would get a courtesy call when the movers were thirty minutes away and I needed to reserve the movers with a $190.00 dollar payment which they put on my credit card.

First time using movers, called around and got a few different quotes from different places and this place seemed the most realistic with the good reviews. This was the worst experience overall. I schedule 3 movers for the morning time frame about a month before the move. Two days before moving they says “we need to move your time slot back from 8am to 11-3”. Begrudgingly, I agreed since it’s too late to find another company short notice and if they come at 11 then it’s not too bad.

Now that I’ve re-packed the storage I found my brand new broom disassembled and the handle is bent so badly I don’t even know why they did that and they definitely didn’t tell me. And overall the move just didn’t go smoothly. They seem cool, they packed up things I didn’t want packed but most importantly I don’t like that stuff was damaged and they just tossed it in the storage. They were well compensated for this move and I am utterly bummed they did me like this.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would . I should’ve took note with the initial red flags that I got with them, but I wanted to give them a chance. Not only were they changing my start time all the way up to the night before . At first, I was being kind and understanding and then after the sixth time, they changed my move time I was over it but Had no other option, but to continue to move forward with it.
