Unfortunately the Dispatcher Joe Black or Johnny... whatever he wants to be called in the moment.... gave me a false quote. His movers were 7 hours late! I fired them as they showed up. But not before Joe talked to my husband and was put in his place! The workers were stressed out and apologizing for their bosses poor attitude. He will use his young children to make you feel sympathy as well! Unprofessional and crazy over priced.
We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have gotten however everything is done by the book and pursuant to the contract. I can’t find where we were seven hours late, but you have a great future.
MONEY STOLEN: When I arrive at the second house of the move I had paid Chris the 632 for the job. When I turned my back to help the other movers Chris had taken over 600 in cash that was on the counter, note this is separate from the 632 I just gave him. When they left I noticed the extra cash missing. I reached out to Chris and he advised he needed to pull over and check. He did call me back and to say he has the extra missing cash. I had to drive to meet him to receive the missing money.
I’m sorry that you feel that way, but we investigated this and no money was stolen and we called the police and there was no money stolen everything was resolved. May God bless you and your family, and you have spiritual and financial growth.
Horrible! Do NOT use this company. They gave us an estimate that came in as DOUBLE. Held our stuff hostage. Were SEVEN hours late. When they did show up, they didn’t even have the ramp for the truck. They had to go back to the shop to get it. We had everything ready to go on the truck and they still charged us to ‘prep’ the stuff. We finally told them to stop and we’d move the small stuff ourselves because they were moving so slowly.
Scammers. This moving company should not be in business because they’re scammers, they lie and charge you double the price they originally quoted and hold the stuff in the truck unless you pay what their asking for, they’ll add all kinda extras to charge more and when I try to call the fake Christian guy Johnny he won’t respond and they’ll tell you he’s in chemo, total fraud and scam, all the good reviews on here are fake very easy to spot, do a lot of research before hiring this scammers.
IF YOU LOK AT THE CONTRACT ALL THE CHARGES AREE LEGITIMATE AND GOVERNED BY THE STATE OF ARIZONA
They're ripping people off at the unloading and pickup points because they charged me $700 for four tiles that arrived with broken corners. Check that the pallets are separated; the broker and the receiver are in cahoots!

The worst company ever mover dropped coutch on me after trying to move it alone then the owner stated that I was lying and to go to the hospital then. $1700 for 6 hours and he spent 4 bullcraping around oh my stomach was cut from the couch hitting me I’m even seeing people had a quote they didn’t even give me a quote or invoice to even see the sneak charges they added like fuel he said that was extra long story short they lied and also John told me I was in the way and that why I got hurt even though I was sitting…
Let me answer this for you categorically We are not the worst moving company ever we have a A+ rating with Google. We’ve been in business 52 years and we don’t mistreat our customers. There are no sneak charges. This lady was quoted two men at 1:55 per hour with a one hour and a half trip charge.
I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy, so PLEASE look at the awful reviews and do not book these movers. It is a scam. They quoted us $750 for a two-bedroom apartment move, and when they had a signature and had packed up our apartment, they almost tripled their price and refused to give us our belongings until we paid $1760. If that wasn't bad enough, they took 15 HOURS in total to move things that we could have moved in four hours.

SO PISSED that I trusted this guy $200 through ZELLE as a "deposit" for the move. There are so many different shady things that happened and it was leading up to something worse. Nice way to take payment, I should have known better. Scam. If you can send me back $100, half of it, for the stress and time this wasted, and set me SO behind on my move then I won't go into more detail on here. No I didn't want you guys to move and charge for this/that and have me waste even more money. Thanks for aging me faster.

Smoothest Move Ever – Highly Recommended! I can’t say enough good things about Arizona Move For Less. From the moment I called to get a quote, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The office staff was friendly, responsive, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. On moving day, the crew showed up right on time, ready to work. They were professional, polite, and handled all my furniture and boxes with great care.

I could not say nicer things about this company. We had such a great experience with my parents move and I highly recommend them to anyone. Chris and John were a pleasure to work with. During the initial move, We hired another company that threw on charges that were never discussed and left us hanging with items still in my parents home. We hired Arizona Move For Less and had an incredible experience.
If you want fast organized and not way to over priced and need to move on short notice then Arizona Move For Less is the one to call. The three guys who helped move my two story, five bedroom house last month they were on fire. They even helped me pack up the rest of the things that I wasn't able to pack myself with having only 24 hrs notice to move.They even asked what order I wanted the rooms packed into the truck.
John, Jim and Robert were awesome. My wife and I were down from Indiana due to the death of her father. Because of all the dozens of things you have to do besides mourn the death of a family member we were several days behind getting movers arranged for the large amount of household goods that my wife wanted to keep of her father's. I got ahold of John a couple days before we had to leave.
What a pleasure to do business for you I’m glad we could help you in this moment of stress because of the death of one of your loved ones. We prayed to Almighty Jesus that you almost stay safe on your trip home and your burden is lessons by his love Thank you, John N
