Arizona Reliable Movers

I recently moved with this company a little less than a month ago. While the movers Manny and Luis arrived on time and were very pleasant and hard working, I unfortunately can’t say this company is “reliable.” Despite just moving from one apartment to another in the same complex, All of my items didn’t make it to my new apartment. Same day of moving, I realized I didn’t have my keyboard for my work computer and messaged them. They confirmed they left it on the truck.

These movers came to my apartment and said they were not going to move my stuff!! My mother and I are two very small women that let alone could move a couch or a heavy dresser. We hired Arizona reliable movers and already were scammed just by the name! We booked movers with them 3 weeks in advanced, sent pictures of all the furniture like requested and the movers showed up 4 hours late. When they finally arrived they were extremely rude and didn’t want to move the furniture.

BEWARE I do not recommend this company they damaged multiple of my furniture items. My bed frame my vanity and my dresser. My bed frame and vanity I got for free so I don’t care as much. On the other hand I spent around a grand for my dresser and they damaged it not once but twice! The first time I let it go because it was minor but the second time it was much worse even after I told them to take better care of my things. I then proceeded to reach out multiple times. I moved in July of 2025!

They overcharged the final cost surreptitiously, and never refund it although they admitted the overcharged. You'd better choose other moving companies.

This has been a terrible experience. After sending a list of all the items, including all the photos they show up with a truck that is too small. Because of this multiple trips have to be taken along with lots of time wasted with the way items are being put in the truck in order to try to accommodate A move that should have took in four hours ended up taking Seven hours.

Honestly FIVE STARS for Carl and John, my movers, because they were great, fast, super cool and easy to work with. So thank you to them! The only reason this review is a 1 star instead of 5 is because I was under the misconception that I was going to be charged $180 for the entire trip since that EXACT total was told to me over the phone, but when it came to me being charged, the total came to $275. Honestly felt blind sided by the ones running this business.

This company is anything but reliable. I booked the movers over a month in advance for an 8am-12 pm move, with a request for closer to 8am. Paid the deposit. On moving day, I did not hear back from this company till 11:45. I had called before 10am asking about the movers, I was told I would be called back with an ETA, that never happened. I did not receive any information till 1145am. 15 min before my time slot was ending.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BOOK!!! We moved with this awful company this weekend. They had a list of all of our items along with photos and they knew it was a 3 bedroom 2000 square foot home They showed up with a truck that was too small. Immediately I emailed them and they said it would be fine. This led to two trips for the move along with hours of time wasted to try to fit everything. They didn’t even end up bringing it all and my husband had to go back the next day.
