Never doing business with again. I see that my original review was removed by the company. A waste of $5,665.00. BROKEN COMPUTER MONITORS, destroyed clothes. Worse experience!!! I can't believe this company is still in business. International Move from California to Quebec City. I really wish I was able to provide 5 stars on this review as Armstrong Moving came highly recommended by my relocation advisor from Reloc Quebec. Pros: Fast arrival to Quebec. Title: Very Disappointing Experience and Unjustified Overcharges "I am very dissatisfied with Armstrong/Gosselin's service for a move from Quebec to France. Critical Points: Excessive Packing: The full package was expensive, but the boxes were only half-filled with paper to inflate the volume by 2 to 3 cubic meters. Failed Logistics: The team in France arrived at 4:30 PM instead of 10:00 AM. Communication was impossible (staff did not speak French).

After three years in Quebec, it was time for us to return to Europe, not without a few suitcases—and a few souvenirs. Having had a less than stellar experience with a previous moving company (breakage, chaos, and forced help with two young children underfoot), we opted this time for a more... distinguished-looking company. Armstrong, then. First good point: rather than an automated quote, a gentleman of undeniable elegance came in person. Estimate: 12 cubic meters.

I moved from Montreal Quebec to London UK and I would do it again with Armstrong and highly recommend them After researching moving companies and comparing prices in the end what really made the difference was how responsive the agents where. Stephan was impeccable,the response time was insane, I felt very reassured Every email was answered promptly, he took all my calls…he even answered while he was off duty, I never got an answering machine nor did I have to insist or chase him.

We just completed our international move from Montreal, Canada to France with Armstrong, and everything went very smoothly. The initial administrative support (quotes, documents, organization, etc.) was very professional and efficient. The logistics with Magda were excellent; the local teams packed and inventoried our belongings extremely well. The tracking was perfect (container number, shipping number, etc.). Customs clearance went without a hitch thanks to the pre-filled documents.
