I used Moving Quotes for my move on June 1st. They referred me to Félix Goulet Moving Company. It was the worst moving experience of my life. My furniture was damaged and will never be compensated since it seems the company is permanently closed. I bitterly regret using Moving Quotes.
This platform ignored my survey, even though it's part of their service. They also didn't reply to my email with photos. I want to prevent other users from having the same disastrous experience. Goulet Moving should no longer be a partner! They caused me material and financial losses. The manager, Félix Goulet, even had the nerve to write to me four times promising a full refund and a check, but after two months, I have to face the fact that it was just to prevent me from going public with the truth on social…

"Okay," nothing more. I only received two quotes, one of which was completely unsuitable (when a moving company offers you $10,000 insurance for your belongings, I wouldn't even call that professional). There are surely other, much better-organized platforms out there...

This system is quite worrying... I received quotes from companies that appear without an address, only with a phone number... possibly not registered... There seems to be no verification of the proposed movers.
