Requested two men to move 5-6 pieces of furniture, no boxes, no way to send fewer than three men (higher rate, of course). The three movers were super efficient and very courteous, no complaints about their work. However, they had an accident and damaged my home. We wanted a simple discount considering the damage, but there was no way to get a measly $20 off on principle; their "boss" on the phone wouldn't budge. The boss's math: We don't pay taxes because we pay cash (under the table?), so I "save" $40.
Excellent service from the guys during the move, but terrible after-sales service. We had a breakdown during the move and the company didn't return our calls... After leaving more than four messages, I finally managed to get in touch with them. After waiting for over a month longer, still no response from them... I definitely do not recommend them!
I sent a quote request by email because I want to book for June. After more than 48 hours without a response, I decided to call. No one answered yesterday, no one is answering today, and there's no way to leave a voicemail, just a message telling us to try again later. It's a shame I just wasted my time trying to book with a company that seems reputable based on its Google reviews but actually has no availability.

We requested a quote for our move and found that the price was fixed, but the timeframe varied depending on the number of moves scheduled that day. A 4 1/2 apartment would take between 3 and 10 hours, according to the owner... It was impossible to get a better answer over the phone, and impossible for them to come and provide a quote. And if you insist... they simply hang up. Yet another company just trying to rip you off. Avoid at all costs!

Phew, Worst move EVER! My headboard is snatched up, a two-drawer desk won't close, two other desks are scratched, my big sofa isn't even padded and is ripped in one corner. All of this furniture was brand new! Three boxes of broken glass, especially the team leader who's dressed the same all week long in a professional outfit 🤣🤣 Their boss, who was supposed to give me an update on everything, would have been the least he could do 🐀🐀🐀
Worst move ever. Only four large pieces of furniture to move: a three-seater sofa, a bedroom dresser, an electric fireplace mantel, and a kitchen set; the rest was, for all practical purposes, just boxes. Of the four large items, two were damaged, and the employee clearly made sure I couldn't see the damage to my kitchen table.

Tommy and Fred, in addition to being efficient, competent, and approachable, were very friendly; they seemed to genuinely enjoy our move. What's more, everything went as planned, on time and within budget, no unpleasant surprises. Thanks, guys. Second move with GDP in just a few weeks: March 31st, rain, slush, in short, a terrible day. Despite this, the three guys arrived ready and pleasant and emptied my late mother's apartment methodically and professionally.

Hello, I used GDP Moving. They arrived yesterday, right on time. The three employees, Maxime, Tommy, and Anthony, were incredibly efficient. They packed all my furniture with care and precision. Furthermore, all three were exceptionally kind, courteous, and polite. Afterwards, we went to the warehouse where I was greeted by Ms. Leada and Mr. Luc, who run the office—again, outstanding service. I also met a Mr. Giovanni, a sturdy fellow who works in the warehouse and was a true gentleman.
