The move went well overall, but the contact and customer service were terrible. The mover, Carl, was disrespectful and condescending. Note: Beware!!! Carefully check and ask for all the details of what you are being charged for on the final bill, because they don't specify it, and then after the service they tell you they always do. I was ripped off. If this can warn other customers, that's the most important thing.

We are very disappointed with this company. They didn't honor the agreement, even though we signed well in advance with a deposit and paid the balance upon arrival at our destination. The day after our long-distance move, we were shocked to discover that our credit card had been charged several hundred dollars without any prior notification. I had to call them to ask for details of this exorbitant charge. I was even threatened with a defamation lawsuit while speaking with a staff member.

I've had the opportunity to use both services. Regarding the moving service, the service is truly excellent and professional, but the price is far from reasonable—there's too much markup on the hourly rate, which quickly becomes very expensive. Regarding the storage unit, the location is fantastic and the prices are good, but the access hours are absolutely terrible and inconvenient, far too restrictive for any weekday worker, especially since they're located outside the city.
Thank you, sir. What I understand is that you appreciated the employees and the moving and storage service, and for us, that's what matters most. The price was agreed upon and accepted by you through a previously signed contract. So the price wasn't a surprise to you?
Several days after our long-distance move, not only had the initial agreed-upon price not been honored, but the owner of Prix Modique added insult to injury by asking us to pay an extra amount, even though everything had already been calculated, signed, and paid for on moving day. Aside from this situation, the movers were incredibly kind and efficient.

We used their services for our move. We were very satisfied. The two young men were professional, polite, and meticulous. The move was very quick and without any damage. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the company requires you to be present and available 2.5 hours before and after the scheduled appointment time, in case they arrive early or late. In our case, our move was scheduled for 12:00 PM, but they arrived at 1:45 PM.

Having used their move-out, storage, and move-in services, I feel I have experienced a bit of everything from this company. The staff are very profressional, attentive, and were able to painlessly deal with my needs. Its good that this company offers storage, as my situation was unique, and they took care of my stuff until my new apartment was ready. They even offered to pack up at their facility and get to work right away, saving me the trip to go their myself and back, which was really helpful for me.
