If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. We spent over $17,000 on what was supposed to be a professional, stress-free move—and instead got one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. Not only were multiple items broken, but some were outright stolen, and others have seemingly been lost somewhere in their storage with no explanation or accountability. Communication was nonexistent from start to finish.
Terrible experience with this moving company. The movers were rushed, and damaged our newly painted walls and property. We filed a claim and were denied appropriate compensation because they said there was "no way to prove the movers caused said damage" because we didn't note it on the day of the move itself. The claim took months to be addressed, and ended up being a waste of time. We are now left with the costs of repairs to the brand new paint job they ruined.
This was hands down the most incompetent and unprofessional delivery experience imaginable. I stayed home all day after receiving a call claiming my couch would arrive in 20 minutes. That delivery never happened. Nearly two days later, I was still without my couch. After reaching out multiple times, I was ignored for 48 hours, then sent a ridiculous photo showing the driver at the wrong address. No apology. No solution. Just excuses. This company clearly does not value customers or their time.
Driver was supposed to drop the unit by our front door, instead left it by my garage in the rain uncovered. When I called I was told the driver left and there was nothing that could be done. Our brand new very expensive wooden vanity was left in the rain. Horrible service. Will call wayfair to complain. Totally unprofessional

I have rented a storage unit for a year. I have set up auto-pay 5 separate times, and everytime they do not automatically withdraw, they do not inform and put a lock on my unit. The staff in Millerton are very helpful, but the finance/admin office never fixed this problem. I would not recommend.

As a retired military veteran, I can also attest to be a ‘veteran’ of many moves with a variety of transport companies… Arnoff Moving & Storage provided the BEST experience of them all. Seamless service and communication from initial estimate thru delivery. A huge shout out to Terrence, the truck driver and chief packer/logistician! He treated our furniture and our disabled son’s accessibility devices as if they were his own! Everything was packed, shipped and delivered with care.
