***Perfect Moving offered to pay $640 for not posting this review*** I moved from New York to Seattle in September 2021. I hired Perfect Moving for the long-distance move trusting its near-perfect reviews on Yelp and Google. That was a costly mistake. The sales call was everything you'd hope for. John Caricic promised an ideal move. Time and time again he said that the company would use double-blankets to protect my furniture, handle it with care, and follow all the COVID precautions.
I've never, ever been inspired to leave any kind of vender review before this terrible encounter. Our recent experience with Perfect Moving was a complete nightmare, starkly contrasting with the positive service we received from them a year ago. From the moment the crew arrived, their unprofessional and rude demeanor set a negative tone for the entire process. Moving is inherently stressful, imagine a crew showing up with an immediate aggressive, dismissive and careless attitude.

Do not hire this company for your move. They are unreliable and they lie about their prices. I initially negotiated a very well priced move The day before my move, they contacted me to go over my inventory, my inventory increased, so they charge me an additional $500 on top of my original price of $2500 but on the day of my move, the movers try to renegotiate and charge me an additional $2700, tagging on fee, after fee.

Unless you want to pay $$$ out of pocket for damages to your home, I DO NOT RECOMMEND PERFECT MOVING. Initially gave 5 stars because of the kindness and efficiency of the movers. Unfortunately had to delete that review because a few hours after they left, we discovered a huge crack in our floor with material from the mattress bag they used trapped underneath. Very disappointing, but we thought: No big deal, accidents happen, surely this is covered by insurance. WRONG!

Mike and his team did an absolutely incredible job with our move. From the initial scheduling all the way through to the moment they pulled away from our new home, the entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly well organized. What impressed us most was how far beyond simply “moving” they went. They approached every challenge with a sense of urgency and a solution-first attitude. Difficult corners, tight spaces, heavy furniture, nothing seemed to faze them.
Such a great moving experience with Perfect Movers! Luis and his team were absolutely amazing and handled all my items with care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Perfect Moving enough! Biggie and his crew were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They handled every single item with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail that the entire moving process felt stress-free. One of the biggest challenges was that a large piece of furniture wouldn’t fit in the elevator, and instead of making it a problem, Biggie and his team immediately came up with solutions and handled it seamlessly.
