In their own words
I would not use Arnold Brothers Movers again and would definitely not recommend them. It took four movers four hours to move a mostly empty apartment that only contained large items such as a couch, mattresses, and other bulky pieces—there were no boxes to move and no disassembling needed. Once we arrived at the second location, they refused to move some of our items, stating that they had "double checked" and that the items wouldn't fit in the space where we wanted them placed.
Reached out on a Monday regarding booking a certain date and time. They agreed on the date and I briefly explained what I needed , some stuff moved into a trailer downstairs. Everything seemed set. Then they later replied and asked for more details. I responded 1-2 days later due to being out of the country. They said the date was taken. Not only did they act as if I had the date but they didn’t even reach out to me when someone else was trying to book to let me know…. Not very professional.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Arnold Brothers were fantastic to work with and so helpful to us. They were professional, respectful, and prompt. Additionally, they offer very reasonable pricing. They were very careful with our furniture and we could tell they knew what they were doing-- had great communication amongst themselves. Highly recommend!
Thanks so much for your kind review! We’re really glad our team could make your move smooth and stress-free. We appreciate you choosing Arnold Brothers Moving!
Arnold Brothers Moving LLC exceeded every expectation from start to finish. The brothers were incredibly professional, punctual, and precise in everything they did. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and handled every piece of our furniture and belongings with exceptional care, as if it were their own. Moving is usually one of the most stressful experiences, but they made the entire process smooth, organized, and worry-free.
Nearly a month ago used these guys (3 brothers) for a major move from one house to another, not so far away from each other. I had done a lot of the work on my own that I had never done before because I was actually hoping to shorten the time so it might not cost as much, such as wrapping up nearly all of the large furniture myself, such as the large sofa and loveseat, etc. I think that I may have messed up their timing a bit, so I blame myself for that, but it all worked out in the end.
I recently used Arnold Brothers Moving LLC for a local residential move in Mount Pleasant/Daniel Island, SC, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the entire Arnold Brothers Moving team was punctual, professional, and courteous. They handed all of my belongings with great care and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. Communication was smooth throughout process, and their pricing was very fair — especially considering the high level of service provided.
Thank you so much for the kind words Thach and for trusting Arnold Brothers Moving LLC with your move! We’re thrilled to hear you had a great experience and that our team made your day a little easier. It was a pleasure helping you get settled, and we truly appreciate your recommendation!
