Scheduled a job with Shane to move a safe in my house upstairs at 9am and unfortunately the morning came with no movers showing up. I called back multiple times but nobody answered the calls or text messages. I'm not sure what happened but I was completely ghosted with no communication.

Had a move booked with these guys for this morning No show no call. Won't answer the phone or text. Come to find out this happens alof with this company and many of thier peers won't network with these guys Unlicensed mover. Don't use these people
Did not return my first phone call, then I actually got someone the second time I called - scheduled an appointment to do a virtual move estimate on a Sunday morning at 10. No one called at 10 so I called them. Pretty sure owner was asleep. Said I’ll be back on the phone with you in 2 to 5 minutes, 17 minutes later I got a phone call, now it’s been a week and still no estimate would not recommend.

They are the worst. Did a video chat so I could get a quote and I have not heard from them since. I have called back to see if I could get an estimate and all I got was a text saying I'll call back in a minute. I called about 3 times. When someone gives them a bad review they say we are lying. This my experience dealing R&S Movers. They are Pitiful!
This is a false review and it’s unfortunate that people lie to tarnish a reputation!!!! However to anyone reading our reviews you can clearly see we have a 4.9 rating because we treat each job with the attention and care it deserves!!!!
I spoke with Shane more than 24 hours ago for an estimate and they still haven’t gotten back to me. If they weren’t interested, they just should have said so. Terrible customer service.
Hi Janet, We never want to disappoint anyone. You called at 5:45 PM on Oct 27, and within minutes we were on a 15-minute FaceTime call discussing your move in detail. Less than 24 hours later, you posted this review claiming we never replied — which isn’t true.
Shane was a no show. From one Mover to another, we simply do not do that. Unloaded 14,000 lbs alone with my wife. I never left a bad review in my life.

Shane and his crew are amazing! Shane made everything as easy as possible and was very easy to talk with and work with. I did a FaceTime walkthrough with him so he could see the scope of the move and everything involved. He was very thorough explaining the process and I immediately felt comfortable with him and the process. The whole thing took maybe 30 mins and was easier than I could have imagined.

R and S has been our go to for anything move related since 2020. Shane was building his business when we first met and he and his team moved our entire house. We were taking bids, and his communication, flexibility and reasonable estimate won us over, hands down. His team was meticulous about protecting our floors, wrapping our furniture, dishes, and keeping all the parts for beds and other furniture in specific boxes so that we could quickly locate and assemble them at our new house.
